Room in a new home built in 2024. Very well located in Geneva, 3 minutes' walk to several bus lines, including line 3 which leads to the train station in 12 minutes. The building is located in a park and has a large furnished balcony. The room has a desk and storage space. The accommodation is occupied by a sociable couple (26-30 years old) working full time.

The building features a charming facade with a warm color palette, showcasing large arched windows framed by green shutters. The entrance is marked by a sign above the door, and a wooden door with an intricate design is visible, enhancing the inviting exterior.
