Top floor of a beautiful stone building, the loft is an open plan area located in an island of greenery with absolute calm, despite the proximity to the city center and the airport (10 min drive)! Very spacious about 80 m2, (attic ceiling height of 5 m), ideal for a couple The double bed is on the mezzanine, accessed by a beautiful cast-iron spiral staircase from the 1900s. The garden surrounded by century-old trees, is available. Nearby public transportation.

Large room in lower duplex-loft

Large bedroom, double bed, on the lower ground floor, with en-suite shower room, to share if the 2nd bedroom (curtains) is occupied. It is possible to add a single bed and an umbrella bed for baby. Kitchen and laundry facilities are only available for reservations longer than 7 days.
