Very spacious, about 80 m2, (attic ceiling height of 5 m), ideal for a couple The double bed is on the mezzanine, accessed by a beautiful cast iron spiral staircase from the 1900s. The garden surrounded by century-old trees is available. Public transportation nearby.

Two to three single beds can be added. In the adjoining room with a double bed (160), one to two single beds can be added, as well as an umbrella baby bed. All is served by a shower room with double sink and toilet. It is not a hotel.
