Huguette and her husband are very friendly, communicative and helpful. The house was decorated with a lot of love. The surroundings are spacious and well-maintained. The location of the house is magnificent, as can be seen on the pictures. There are many excursion options. Brochures and maps for this purpose have been collected and provided by Hugette. The kitchen is richly equipped. From the measuring cup to the baking sheet, everything is available. In short: We were very pleased and felt welcome!

The chalet was modern, clean and tidy and set in a magnificent location with breath taking views. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome. I would thoroughly recommend and hope to visit again in the summer.

Splendid views; serene setting; spectacular home, decor and artwork; Superior host. Steps and stairs are a challenge as is the walk to Pully train station. Uber use saved us. Overall, a sensational and relaxing visit near Lausanne in beautiful Switzerland. We would love to come again, and also have Manuela visit us in the USA. She is a special host with a warm personality.

Great welcome and very nice house. Aurélie is very responsive and accommodating. The house is very clean and well appointed. The garden is very pleasant even if close to the busy road. We recommend it and will come back if we come back to the area!

We stayed with Emilie for 15 days. We were 2 adults and 2 small children. The house is simply exceptional. It has all the comforts we can expect from a family vacation rental with all the stewardship that it requires. It is very well equipped and their child left toys available that delighted my children. The rooms are nice. The stunning views of Lake Lemman are just as exceptional! Beautiful evenings on the terrace in complete peace guaranteed! Emilie is also a very pleasant host, available and caring despite the self check-in. We can only recommend Emilie's house and this experience. We'll be happy to go back if the opportunity arises! Myself and six friends stayed at Véronique’s home whilst attending the Annecy animation festival this year, and we had an amazing time. Even though we didn’t speak the same language, Véronique was incredibly responsive and made all efforts to communicate with us (with the help of some translation apps!). She made us feel right at home and very safe as a group of young people in a foreign place. The house itself is lovely with many modern features such as electronic black-out blinds and canopy, and the view from the balcony is stunning. The kitchen is very well equipped, as is the bathroom, which had many towels of all different sizes for all 7 of us! We had to spend most of our time at the festival due to various events, and we were actually all quite sad that we didn’t get to spend much free time in this gorgeous house and garden! The house is also right by a bus stop, which was very convenient for getting in and out of Annecy with regular buses. We loved our stay and want to return!

Spacious accommodation, impeccable in cleanliness, very well equipped. Terrace with splendid view and possibility of barbecues. Stephanie is welcoming, she was responsive when we needed info. She advised us on good plans for visits and restaurants. The accommodation is not far from the Mont Brison Innocent beach by car and about 30 minutes' walk. We'll be happy to come back, we highly recommend it!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very quiet and very relaxing. The house is welcoming and family friendly. Jean-Christophe was very available, attentive and warm. Thanks for everything. The area is sublime, we'll be back!

We had a wonderful time at Marie-Laure's place. The house is located in a quiet area near the lake. It is very spacious and well equipped. We found everything we needed to enjoy the garden and terrace. We'll be happy to go back!

The stay at Karine's house in Challex went very well. Her house is spacious, functional and equipped with everything you need. Superb views of the Alps including from the pool. Karine is an easily reachable person and she was able to be understanding during a small material damage (handle of the damaged fridge) that we offered to reimburse. So I would recommend this house!

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .

Our stay at Claude & Michelle's was perfect. With a large group, the home felt like it was ours for the week-long stay. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for great meals, and it was lovely to stay at a less busy part of the lakeside. Our hosts were accommodating of our requests and I'd definitely recommend this lodging for future trips with many guests.

The views were amazing. the couples are the best. Helped us settle in . The furniture's were top notch. I will stay here over and over again.

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

This place was perfect. We were there for 3 nights and 3 days. Everything matched the listing. In addition, Maria is a great host, attentive to our needs and very responsive. I highly recommend this accommodation and these hosts, they do everything to allow their guests to arrive in the best conditions.

Very good stay at Pascal's, the house is very nice and very well-equipped. There are many walks to take a short walk from the house, as well as snowshoeing/cross country skiing, when the snow is at the rendezvous of course. We were lucky because it fell about twenty centimeters a week. So we were able to enjoy it as a family! I recommend!!!

Large villa with stunning views of Passy-chedde, the surrounding mountains and as a bonus a nice glimpse on the Mont Blanc mountain range. Everything was fine when we arrived, games available (board games, ping pong table...) as well as some buoys and air mattresses for the large blue saltwater pool. Close to full joux (starting place for hiking, paragliding) of Saint Gervais les bains, Chamonix... Even if we never found a barbecue😁, we thank the owners, with whom we had a wonderful time with the family.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house, on the occasion of a family gathering. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, the rooms are spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the living rooms are huge and welcoming. The good weather allowed us to fully enjoy the garden and the pool (unheated, which did not bother the children). And of course, the proximity to Lake Geneva (10 min by car) and the pretty surrounding villages is an additional asset for this house.

Yacine welcomed us to her home with a magnificent view of Geneva. Yacine is a very friendly and warm host. I recommend it.
