2 room apartment 35M2, newly built, bedroom with garden view, calm, metro line 13 - 10 min walk and tramway line 1- 2 min walk. You can be in Paris in 20 minutes and 15 minutes by car. Very bright, lots of storage in the bedroom, kitchen and cloakroom in lounge. Free street parking. TV 46” Chromecast. It’s possible to have breakfast (5€/pers).
