This property is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable! We loved our stay. There was plenty of room and having so many bathrooms was definitely a plus. This was a great home base for our Cornwall adventures!

Lovely cottage, had everything we needed for a great week. Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. All the crockery, utensils and pans you need for cooking. Hot tub was certainly a favourite and well used! Nice to have plastic ‘glasses’ for use outside. Great selection of games was a nice surprise. Being able to walk the dog right from the doorstep made it so easy - we really enjoyed exploring the smallholding. Hosts were very quick to respond with answers and support. Yes, the Tesco delivery man did manage to find us and unload :-)

We spent the half term break at Little Burston with our two young children, we had a wonderful time. The accommodation was everything we hoped from the previous brilliant reviews and more. A clean, bright and large space. Well equipped with everything you could want (games, DVD’s, kitchen utensils). A tranquil and peaceful setting not far away from Dulverton and within striking distance of lots of activities. The hot tub kept the adults happy and the kids loved the garden, trampoline and games of football. Carol was a great host, instructions left at the property were clear and easy. Walking recommendations all great. Goats and chickens out of the kitchen window was a highlight for the kids. Up there with the best Airbnb’s we’ve been to in the UK. We would not hesitate to return, if visiting North Devon again and couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

The surroundings were lovely and a large enclosed garden was great for the dog and our 3 children. we had many a happy night in the hot tub. Lots of things for the kids to play with. We drove to all the local beaches would say most things are within an hour's drive and would recommend watermouth castle as a day out if you have kids!

Wow! What an incredible stay. We are so happy with our stay. Everything in the property you’d need to have a relaxing home-like stay. The host recommended visiting Covelly which we loved. The hot tub was a great touch as well. Thank you x

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Honeysuckle Cottage. Spotlessly clean and bright. Very well equipped modern kitchen. Comfortable lounge and bedrooms and a sunny conservatory for dining in. Our host Helen welcomed us and a gorgeous cream tea awaited us, together with homemade scones, jam and bread. Milk, butter and eggs also provided. Such attention to detail. The garden is pretty and dog safe. Helen even provided dog bowls and towels and a treat! We would highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

Such a beautiful little place, Sally provided everything you could need. She was so responsive and gave recommendations for restaurants and pubs. Made our stay so easy and a seamless check in/out. Thanks Sally!!

We had a short sweet stay at the Tower before a trip to Lundy. Westward Ho beach and Appledore village were within walking distance and Bideford harbour (Lundy ferry departure point) was a short drive away. Check in was hassle free, we felt we could have asked if we had any issues (we didn't) the tower itself was lovely and quirky in a peaceful location and had everything we hoped for kitchen, bedroom and bathroom-wise.

We have just returned from a long weekend in North Devon and a stay at Carpenters Cottage, the cottage itself is beautiful, quaint and quirky, we loved it! The roll top bath was fabulous for a long relaxing soak after lots of exploring. The outside space was perfect for us, just a nice space to sit and enjoy a drink of an evening. The log burner, whilst we didn’t use it, had everything you would need to be super cosy. Our host Jon, was spot on with directions etc and recommendations and super helpful going above and beyond with requests I made prior to arrival, thank you 🙏🏻. We would have no problems in recommending Jon and Carpenters Cottage 😊

it's our second stay at Fish Cottage, the kids love it, we love it. As we are originally from devon we can access all our favourite places on day trips due to the location so really works for us Cottage is spacious, interesting and really well equipped and comfortable for our family. will continue each year if we can !! thankyou

Fantastic cottage in super location. Brilliant hosts, very friendly and the tour of the brewery was great. The ale is excellent too! Lovely grounds for walking and the meadow was perfect for our little dog. We would love to stay again.

We loved our stay at Joanne's place! It was super well-located - 5 minutes to the beach on one side and 5 minutes to all the local shops/restaurants on the other. Joanne baked us the most delicious cake upon our arrival, and was super friendly and helpful in telling us all the must-see spots. She sent us a list of recommendations and instructions well in advance, which was also really helpful. Joanne also has the most beautiful, friendly cat who we loved meeting!

Great place to stay with close proximity to Lynton and Exmoor. Lovely warm cottage stocked with all the essentials and host was warm and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent accommodation. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. High standard of cleanliness and clutter-free, yet all facilities we needed. Would 100% stay here again. 20 mins walk to beach. Really great local pub/food.

Second stay with small family and our dog. Perfect location for everything Croyde has to offer - great access to beach, bars, walks, shops and private parking which is essential at busy times. The outside shower for rinsing off and hanging wetsuits is a bonus.

Lovely stay at the Round House with our pup on her first holiday! House was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Jennifer was helpful and always responsive with loads of local recommendations! Thank you for such a lovely stay

Stayed for 4 nights, 2 adults, a 16 year old and 2 dogs. Lovely comfortable place. Very well equipped and in beautiful surroundings. Kirsteen was easily contactable and very friendly.

This gorgeous place was like a home from home. It had everything you may need for a stay long or short. We really appreciated that she had small kitchen items such as salt/pepper/oil and washing up liquid/kitchen roll etc as most stays we have been to do not provide this and it always makes the self catering option more difficult when this happens. It was in an excellent location -pretty much equidistant between all the surrounding beaches and Susi had left a really helpful guide to the surrounding areas too using her ‘local knowledge’ for best tips. Perfect for doggies - it was clear Susi was a dog owner/lover as it has been set up perfectly for them. We had no concern at all that our pup was secure in the garden which is always lovely to leave the doors open and let them come and go as they please. AND A MUD ROOM- what a dream Thanks so much Susi - we defo recommend to anyone looking to explore the beaches of this area.
