It is quiet, cool and comfortable. Parking is easy in the area. At a distance of 200 meters there are supermarkets, a cafeteria, a pharmacy and a bus stop, as well as restaurants in close proximity. The nearest metro station is 2.5 km away, the airport is 12 km away and the Acropolis is 15 km away.

Elevators, security doors. The keys are handed over by me . The overnight stay tax of 2 euros is not included in the price.
