Our family (4 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the gorgeous villa and we could not have been happier with our choice! First of all, Tatiana was an incredible host who provided lots of helpful information ahead of our stay, flexible check in/check out and responsive, proactive support throughout our stay. Her warm and personal welcome included a generous and thoughtful selection of Sardinian cookies, wine, fruits and various food items. We were truly touched by her kindness! The many terraces, incredible views and comfortable spaces were all highlights for us and enabled us to have quality time together while also allowing room for everyone to do their own thing. The location was perfect for us - peaceful, beautiful and close enough to shops, restaurants etc. as needed. We had 2 cars and although we did venture out on a few days (Cagliari, supermarkets, local beaches) it was hard to leave such a great place so we really made the most of our time at the villa.

Spotless place and lovely caring host! The house finishes are delightful and clearly recently done. Pool area was clean , beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Beds upstairs can use a new mattress. It is a gated community so be mindful of were you park : spot labeling might be improved as it's hard to see from on board a vehicle. Not many walkable options for eating but good restaurant not far by car like Farra pizzeria which sits on a beautiful landscaped ground between surrounding hills. The little local shack and minimarket can actually cook delicious food: we used for lunch or to order take away for dinner. Beach is beautiful and there's umbrellas/chairs rental and snack bar. It's 15 min walk but house is on a very steep hill plus there's lots of stairs so we still took the car all the time. Lastly learn your garbage disposal rules upon arrival as each day they will pick up only one kind of garbage bin (glass, plastic, compost) to be left top of the stairs by street 😉

Valentina was a Great Host. Always available when we need her. She also send us some Restaurants and places which we needed to see. Her House directly at the Beach was Beautiful, the Garden big and nice. You had Everything You needed near the house like supermarket etc. Valentina also gives cooking classes which you can book, too. She showed us how to make traditional tiramisu 😊 definitly a big recommendation 🙏🏻 thank you

We had the most incredible time here as a family of four. Even the photos don’t do the view justice, simply breathtaking and so many different spots around the villa that give a different perspective of the stunningly beautiful view - all this was topped off by the amazing sunsets every evening. We fell in love with Sardinia, though the villa was the standout gem. We felt so lucky being in such a loved home. The pool, the grounds, the seating areas…just prefect! We can’t thank our hosts enough, always so helpful, giving us tips and so responsive if we needed help with anything. We really can’t fault anything - we’re already planning when we can return again! Thank you for the most magical holiday!

Claudia è un host eccezionale, ti accoglie con grande cordialità mettendoti a tuo agio sin dall’inizio e cercando una soluzione ad ogni tua esigenza. Graditissimi i suoi omaggi di sapori locali per noi adulti e un apposito pensiero le nostre bambine. La casa è eccezionale, immersa nella natura, curata nel minimo dettaglio e dotata di ogni comodità. Tutto è nuovissimo e di ottima qualità. Lo spazio esterno è fantastico con una vista sulle colline locali. Uno spazio di totale silenzio e riservatezza a meno di mezz’ora dalle principali spiagge di Villasimius e Costa Rei. Ci piacerebbe senz’altro tornare! Consigliatissima

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen entspannten Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft und haben es sehr genossen jeden Tag diese tolle Aussicht aufs Meer zu haben. Ich würde aber dringend empfehlen ein Auto zu mieten, denn sonst ist es schwierig sich in der Umgebung zu bewegen. Und man sollte sich darauf einstellen, dass es nicht so viele Angebote an Restaurants/Cafés in der direkten Umgebung gibt, was uns aber nicht sehr gestört hat. Ein Plus wäre noch wenn die Unterkunft WLAN hätte, ansonsten hat sie aber gute Ausstattung.

Waren leider nur für ein Wochenende, wären gerne länger geblieben. Der Strand ist durch einen kurzen Fussweg zuverreichen , Schirme und Badetücher sind vorhanden. Wasser glasklar und Strand nicht überfüllt, wirklich wunderschön. Und auch ideal für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Aussicht sensationell! Wir waren vor Saison dh leider hat das Strandkaffee noch nicht offen gehabt. Das Haus ist riesig mit Innen und Aussenterrassen und ideal wenn man zwischendurch einen Rückzug braucht. Wir kommen wieder!

The view was amazing and we loved swimming from the private access steps. We also loved cooking in the well provided for kitchen and using the beautiful platters to serve the food. We appreciated the supplies provided for when we arrived and separate bathrooms for each room was a real plus.
