Super suitable for your vacation - if necessary with desk work. Our listed half-timbered house was built over 200 years ago and is freshly renovated. The "Haselnuss" is located on the first floor of the house and is about 50 square meters. The large garden allows you to recharge your batteries or let off steam. Direct access to the terrace.

Gänsetrappe - Vacation in a monument

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. New on the farm: seating for guests! My place is close to the train station, and the city center is also easy to get to. Still, it's very quiet. The apartment is particularly suitable for families with children, of course also for couples and business travelers. In addition to the apartment, we have a large property which can be used by arrangement. A car parking space is available in the courtyard under the carport (narrow access). Pets are not allowed!!
