Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

È uno chalet rustico dotato di charme, che nel 1850 era una stalla, riattata successivamente. Immerso nella natura delle montagne a Gerra Verzasca (850m), è un’oasi di pace. Suddiviso su due piani: al pianterreno si trova la camera da letto spaziosa con bagno e al primo piano un open space composto da cucina con piano bar, sala con divano letto e tavolo per mangiare. Dal piano superiore si accede alla terrazza dove si può godere di una splendida vista sul bosco e sulle montagne circostanti.

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. Grazioso rustico in un piccolo nucleo di Gerra Verzasca. Ideale per massimo 2 persone. Disposto su tre piani. Al pian terreno troviamo la cucina con camino e tavolo da pranzo. Mediante scala a chiocciola si raggiunge il primo piano dove è situato il salottino con accesso al balcone. Sempre al primo piano troviamo il servizio wc con doccia e lavabo. Nel sottotetto all'ultimo piano vi è la camera da letto/studio.

Lost in the forest but at only 5 minutes walk of the parking place, a cable car (just for your lugages) is helping you on your arrival. To reach the chalet you have a 5 min walk. The place is very quiet and surrounded by the beautiful swiss Alps. Animals are welcome.

Die beiden Original Rustici liegen etwas ausserhalb von Frasco in einer Waldlichtung. Mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. PP`s auf dem Grundstück. Das Grundstück umfasst die beiden Häuser, eine grosse Spiel- und Liegewiese und den angrenzenden Wald. Die Häuser sind gut eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer haben Bad/WC oder Dusche WC. Gäste WC im Haupthaus.
