El apartamento se encuentra en la histórica "Casa Bochaca" situada en el centro del pueblo justo al lado del puente románico. In front of the house there is an 80m2 patio, it is a leisure space and ideal for outdoor dining as it has a barbecue. Excellent swimming area in the river next to the house, probably the best "beach" along the entire course of the Noguera Pallaresa river.

Can Comella està integrada en el teixit urbà del poble de Gavarra, un poble que a mitjans del S XX es va vincular al municipi de Coll de Nargó. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.
