At the bottom of this oasis of peace, on a cozy square, is our house. St. Pieter is perfect for a walk or bike ride in the countryside. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the historic city center. In the neighborhood, restaurants and eateriesare bustling. You will also find a neighborhood center with a supermarket, etc.

Our residence is located in the heart of Maastricht, so you can reach the famous Vrijthof or the market within 5 minutes. In addition, you will also find the Bassin and the renovated Sphinxkwartier within walking distance. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Possibility for short-stay & long-stay residency.

Atmospheric home in historic center
In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

Space and peace in center Maastricht
The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 5 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.30 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €2,15 each a night.

Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the central station.
