Domaine privatisé incluant 2 logements indépendants comptant 2 pièces de vie avec cuisine ouverte, 4 chambres, 2 mezzanines fermées, 5 salles de bain (3 douches et 2 baignoires), 2 WC. Accès à l’extérieur privatisé : piscine semi-couverte, jacuzzi dans les grottes et cuisine d’été ombragée. Un lieu atypique, apaisant et plein de charme, sans vis-à-vis. Possibilité de rajouter des couchages pour un total de 18 personnes. La grande maison est occupée par les propriétaires, très discrètement.

Des sommets de l’Ardèche aux contreforts du Vercors... Le tout face au sud !!!! Le gite est en ligne sur plusieurs plateforme de location et site de petites annonces, le calendrier est toujours à jour. Attention: Pas de WIFI, mais la 5G est présente !! Juillet 2026 …… la climatisation !!!!!! ❄️❄️ PAS DE FETES !
