Waterfront holiday rentals in Gezira Island

This is a really lovely and spacious apartment. We arrived at night and were actually emotional to wake up the next morning and see the great pyramids of giza and the nile river from the large terrace! Omar left us food in the freezer and was incredibly available when we had trouble getting hot water. The neighborhood is not much. You have to walk quite far to find anything like shops or supermarkets or cafe's (though just around the corner is a terrific restaurant called Dragon House that offers chinese, thai and indian food.) There are hundreds of stray dogs that live in the streets and howl at night. The apartment is like a wonderful oasis in a dirty building and grim neighborhood. But these issues are not Omar's fault or responsibility of course. A great host!

I had a perfect stay! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Mr. Ramadan was a wonderful host very friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you so much, Mr. Ramadan, for your hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

C’était super, la piscine, le cadre et le quartier sont top. L’hôte et sa famille ont été très accueillant, à l’écoute et très réactifs. Nous les remercions beaucoup car notre séjour a été embelli par leur gentillesse et niveau de service. Mention spéciale à leur chat Kiri qui nous a rendu beaucoup de visite de courtoisie que nous avons adoré ! (Il est très bavard et met l’ambiance). ‏بارك الله فيكم ❤️

Stayed for two nights and everything went smoothly. The apartment is in a great location, peaceful, yet surrounded by plenty of things to do. It was exactly what we needed for a short stay in Cairo Festival City. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great stay! Shahd, Mohammed, and Ahmed were all incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. The check-in was super fast and smooth, which I really appreciated. The place is beautifully decorated stylish, cozy, and clearly designed with care. Plus, the location is perfect close to everything you might need, from restaurants to shops and attractions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Un grand merci à Heba qui nous a permis de faire notre check-in plus tôt et qui nous a bien guidé pour notre arrivée. Le logement était très agréable et plutôt fidèle aux photos. La chambre principale était spacieuse, le lit King size appréciable et la partie dressing assez ergonomique. Je n’étais simplement pas fan de la porte coulissante entre la chambre et la salle de bain, trop difficile à ouvrir et fermer mais c’est vraiment un détail considéré la qualité du reste de l’appartement. La deuxième salle de bain était parfaite d’ailleurs. La piscine à l’extérieur a le mérite d’exister mais je m’attendais à ce qu’elle soit un peu plus grande. C était tout de même agréable d’avoir la possibilité de s’y baigner si on le souhaitait (l’eau était super froide mais les courageux se baigneront quand même !) Le gros point positif est la localisation dans la ville, le quartier de Festival Cairo est central, c’était pratique pour les déplacements. Encore merci Heba <3 on a aimé notre séjour !

Lovely Home, Omar was amazing person to deal with ! Very helpful too! The home was so clean and comfortable. Everything you need is available around you . The home location close to everything.

The apartment is great. Large. Airy. Beautiful Nile View. Clean. location is perfect. I faced problems finding the apartment though. The location that appeared in AirBnB website was wrong. I have given the feedback - hope they will rectify the location soon. It took 15 - 20 minutes of frenzy and calls but then we could enter the apartment very easily. There were 2 lifts. large stairway. accessing the first floor even for senior citizens were very easy. Clean new building and apartment with security posted in the ground floor. Very helpful person. Anyone would love the rooms. Beds were comfy, Wardrobes were huge, ample plug points, functional kitchen, huge bathrooms with shower cubicles. No negative feedback whatsoever. We enjoyed every moment and slept like babies. There were a lot of complimentary staff - water, tea bags. Thanks for all of it. After the tiring flight, these were welcome respite. Nearest store/restaurant is walkable and 500 MTRS away.

Engy was an excellent host! She was available upon our arrival, guiding us through the process smoothly and ensuring everything was clear. Throughout our stay, she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with a charming little patio that added a special touch. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

Mr nasr & Ahmed were really helpful and kind with the instructions to the house and when we got there the place was really clean and honestly the location is just perfect not hard to find at all, this is definitely not my last visit there 🌟

Maged was very welcoming and responsive. He even prepared snacks before my arrival. There is everything essential available in apartment for long stay. Overall my stay was comfortable and the area was quiet during night and away from main road. WiFi was very fast.

I absolutely loved my stay with Steffan and Louza. They were extremely responsive, helped me get settled, and were extremely proactive and flexible throughout the stay. Absolutely recommend staying here - a wonderful experience from beginning to end! And did I mention that the view from the apartment is absolutely stunning! Unbelievable! During the sunset it is one of the most stunning views in the entire city.
