Five days were too little compared to the experience of staying in this relaxing and restorative paradise in a fairytale, quiet and quiet context... exactly what I was looking for! I found it after a careful search and I have to say that it was ideal from the listing, once I arrived I could see that it perfectly met my expectations! The structure is very clean, very tidy, modern and complete with everything, there is really nothing missing from the amenities to the surprises left by the owners in the kitchen, which you don't expect and that you really appreciate :) Very kind and helpful hosts who thank you so much for your hospitality. The (beautiful) pool may seem like the differentiating element, but in reality the real plus is the largest balcony overlooking a green expanse of the super peaceful fields. Thanks to the type of stay I spent here I can start working completely rested and relaxed again, I will be back as soon as I can !

Paul's place is a true gem. There is a big yard that is extremely well taken care of, with lots of beautiful and well thought of details. It has many different areas that you can spend time in, both spots for sun and spots for shade. It is truly amazing sitting there having a morning coffee with a view of a fabulous mountain top. We visited in early June, when the yard was flourishing. Paul had a kind man helping out with the yard and swimming pool, he visited every morning to clean the pool and his visits were mostly timed early, before us guests in the villa had woken up to the new day. The villa's interior was great too, it was super clean and all the interior details was of great quality and condition. Rooms were spacious, all bathrooms good and there was a bathroom in each room, which was very convenient for a group of 8 people. We would warmly recommend this villa, it was even better than we could have expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. Thank you!

We were in Marcos' house with our four children and it was one of the most beautiful vacations we've ever had. The house is beautifully located at the end of a small street, between vineyards and nature. The view from the house and balcony to the sea is simply beautiful. We spent hours just looking at the sea. 🙂🤩 Everything you need is available in the house. Sufficient beds, bed linen, dishes, etc. If we had a question, Marco immediately responded and helped. Thank you for this beautiful holiday, thank you for sharing this jewel. We will definitely come back again.

Great location. Very easy to find thanks to the video filmed by Claudio. He is very responsive and always available. The apartment is very large, clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay with our 3 children.

I really enjoyed my stay in Alberto's Airbnb! What made this stay really special for me is that it felt like coming home. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The warm atmosphere, the small personal details and the welcoming reception made it much more than just a place to stay. Everything was perfectly arranged: Alberto is quickly accessible and helpful. Upon arrival, the accommodation was spotless and tastefully decorated with an eye for detail. The location was ideal – close to the sea and within walking distance of the center. The bed was wonderful and the sheets smelled very nice. I travel regularly, but places like this where you can really relax and be yourself are rare. This Airbnb is one of those places - a place where you can take a breather, and where you can think back to with a smile. I would absolutely love to come back here!

Lovely host and wonderful property by the sea!

My family and I had a great time, the location near the beach is ideal, especially when you have little children and elderly parents. I loved the outdoor shower, was amazing to be able to have a shower and remove salt and sand before entering the home, this helped to keep the house clean. Although, the home is far from Francavilla’s city centre, there were plenty of restaurants, gelaterias and coffee places to go in walking distance. The home has all you need, very well equipped for a family holiday. Fabian was very approachable and helpful! Overall, we had a great time, we enjoyed the house greatly, even our daughter made friends with the neighbour daughter and they had a great time playing on the only rainy day we had. We hope to return another time.
