We love our home because it's light, cosy, breezy, relaxing. All newly renovated :) Literally 10 paces from the beach, there is a road so expect some road noise! Parking available outside our gate. A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. My house is located in the historic center and overlooks the church square a stone's throw from the waterfront of Porto S. Stefano. The house has a separate entrance and consists of a kitchen connected to the large living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has a small storage room with a washing machine and a balcony. The interior has been recently renovated with fine finishes and furnishings that combine modern furniture with original elements from the 1960s.
