Beachfront holiday rental in Giannella

We stayed in this property, chosen somewhat randomly from many, and I must say that never was a better choice. Roberta immediately proved to be available, friendly and with her attitude she made us feel immediately at ease The apartment is really nice, spacious, bright, brand new and fantastically maintained. The sea is really just a few steps away with an immense and very well maintained beach. The town offers the essentials, but there is a lot to do and see in the surroundings. A mini vacation that will remain in our hearts, as well as Roberta, 🥰 with whom we are sure we will be in touch shortly to organize a longer vacation. So I recommend everyone to try the location in order to get to know the place .... you won't regret it, but above all Roberta...

Apartment 100% as described. We were pleasantly surprised: the apartment is definitely spacious, fresh and equipped with every comfort. The furniture is very modern. Impeccably clean. The location is strategic: in less than a minute on foot you can find yourself in the main street of the center of Castiglione with numerous shops and restaurants (a tip: always book for time because you risk staying without dinner! We were in Castiglione in the week of August and without booking it was difficult to find a place even late in the evening). In a few minutes by foot you can find yourself on the waterfront where there are many beach establishments but also numerous free beaches. Right outside the apartment, the supermarket is very comfortable! Niccolò and Daniela were always kind and super helpful: we especially thank Daniela for all the tips she gave us!!!! Not recommended!

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop

The location of the house is perfect, close to all amenities, downtown and the beach. The house is commented on its own by looking at the photos. In fact, we found an apartment with a number of tools, spaces, decor that I doubt is reachable elsewhere. Downsides: None.

Check-in worked out excellently. Host couple very nice and uncomplicated. The house was very clean. The location is fantastic. To the front the sea and behind the house a pine forest, playground. Bakery, vegetable shop, cafe and shopping center within walking distance (5 minutes on foot). I recommend this house with a clear conscience.

everything is great. I suggest placing a few extra lights in front of the curtains to eat when it's dark.

Antonella was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She manages the property for Lucio, who meets with you for check-in. Both were easy to communicate with but Lucio does not speak English.

Alessio's house is a wonderful hideaway close to the sea. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings, well worth the very rocky road to get there. We didn't meet Alessio but he was always connected and super responsive

A beautiful little house with a fantastic view of the sea. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are small but nicely furnished and you have everything you need. The terrace is very large with plenty of seating and beautiful tables. From there you have a wonderful view of the sea. The area consists of a few other vacation homes and is very quiet. There is a swimming pool that you can use and at the end of a long staircase an access to the sea (no beach but rocky but still great for swimming). Around the cottage is a small garden and many beautiful trees. Giovanni's father Eduardo welcomed us, showed us everything and was very friendly. If we had a question, we got an answer quickly. For shopping, you drive about 10-15 minutes by car to the next town. In summary: a very nice quiet place with perfect views with friendly people. We will be happy to come back.

I had a wonderful time at Sara's place! The place was not only super clean and cozy, but also had that certain something. You immediately notice that it was decorated here with a lot of love for detail. The location was fantastic, perfect for unwinding and enjoying. A very special highlight was Sara's two dogs – incredibly friendly and lovable, they made the stay even more beautiful.

Beautiful experience at the camping village. Excellent organization. Very kind and helpful staff. Very welcoming and clean structure. Highly recommended for families with children who want to enjoy a peaceful and safe holiday. We had a great time, we will definitely be back

Mauro was very responsive. Check in instructions were good, the apartment was easy to find and it was great to have a big drive to park in. The apartment is spacious, clean and looks newly decorated and the view is lovely - we loved the early mornings out on the terrace. The apartment is well-equipped and the kitchen is very well stocked. With just a couple of small improvements, it could be 5 star - more than one pillow per head, sun loungers or a sofa on the terrace, a working parasol and a tidier garden. But overall we had a good stay. It should be noted that the apartment isn’t in Porto San Stefano but a short drive outside it and access to the beach (pictured) is not for the faint hearted - there’s no pavement and the road’s quite busy. Our dog wouldn’t have been able to manage the steps down to the underpass, nor would anyone with mobility issues or push chairs.

The villa, shared with other apartments, is in a beautiful place: I think one of the best views of the Argentario. The home matches expectations and images. It is good for couples or families with children (parties or lively evenings would be incompatible with the tranquility and coexistence rules of the building). It has a very effective air conditioning system in the rooms (and this August was very useful). Access to the sea is quite easy and allows you to snorkel nearby or even, swimming a little, to swim to the equipped beach of Pozzarello (the best beaches are Tuscany Bay and Il Tramonto alla Giannella - 15 min by car, or La Zonca alla Feniglia - 20 min by car, or La Dogana or L'Ultima Beach in Capalbio - 40 min by car). Massimiliana is very proactive and precise and maintains the well-being of guests. In general, a beautiful and relaxing vacation.

This beautiful apartment had a breathtaking view of the sea, absolutely incredible from the balcony, seeing all of the Argentario with Porto Ercole and all of Feniglia. ,In addition, we liked being able to go down directly and dive into the sea whenever we wanted. Access is a bit unusual, but after a day we got used to it The apartment itself was well equipped with everything you need to cook, and simply enjoy the view from one of the two beautiful terraces. We also appreciated how quiet and safe it was, as well as having a private parking space, a relief after facing the challenge of parking in Liguria We highly recommend this stay!

The perfect house! Why? Beauty of nature and landscape, strategic location, privacy, external and internal services, cleanliness, kitchen equipment (including barbecue), availability, kindness of Annamaria and Marcello. Everything exceeded expectations and was better than the photos. The house is so cozy that you could stay there for days without leaving. We are golfers and enjoyed the proximity to Argentario golf. We also took advantage of Annamaria's valuable tips regarding beaches, restaurants and boat rides with Paolo, a lovable sailor with whom we saw otherwise unreachable beaches and took unforgettable baths on the high seas. In short, 10 wonderful days, a holiday of absolute relaxation surrounded by the beauty of nature. Don't miss out on this opportunity.

We spent a few days in Debora and Dario's apartment. They were very helpful and came to meet us both with the check-in and check-out time! The apartment is a few minutes walk from the beach, so great if you are traveling with small children and you need to go back and forth to avoid the hottest hours and break the day! The terrace is also appreciated, always ventilated and perfect for alfresco dining!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment behind, with two beds and two bathrooms, equipped with a new kitchen and everything you need in accordance with the description. The situation and parking are also very convenient, allowing you to discover the region easily. We really appreciated the very nice terrace to eat and relax outside, and the large and beautiful garden with direct access to the beach in front of the house. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful area The private road to the sea is an impeccable shortcut! Paola and her family are very discreet, polite and friendly people, they immediately make you feel comfortable and at home. The accommodation has a breathtaking view and unique privacy, everything is well maintained,clean and modern and is located a few minutes from Porto Santo Stefano and comfortable if you want to move to the Argentario and Orbetello. 5 stars Stra deserved !
