A lovely room in the heart of Ubud. So easy to be able to walk to everything from the room. The family were so friendly and the staff were very helpful. We stayed for 2 nights here and was the perfect place. We also arranged the mount Batur tour through Agung which was great, all planned and booked for us for the next day at short notice for a really reasonable price.

Our stay was awesome! Very quiet but everything can be reached very quickly by moped! :-)

Loved the location, only 10 minutes by bike to central Ubud and Goutama Street. The room and bathroom are spacious, and the villa is well-equipped. It’s ideal for those wanting to unwind and enjoy a quiet vibe. It’s tucked in the rice fields, so you can only reach it by bike but the staff is very helpful with luggage.

The bungalows are really beautiful. The staff was more then friendly and helpfull and we had a great time. Er would definitly come again.

We had such a great time with our family! You immediately feel at home due to the cozy decor. The view over the rice fields is just beautiful! The bedrooms are fine. We were not bothered by traffic. We had massages done a few times, Awan took care of that. It all went well. Every day, Awan made a great breakfast of your choice. We all liked it. Awan speaks enough English for the necessary communication. The supermarket across the street is very convenient, so is the simple restaurant at 20 meters. We also regularly ordered food through Grab. It was a first introduction to Asia for a few of us. Due to the villa, that first impression is great!!! I had an amazing stay! The accommodation was comfortable and beautifully maintained. I spent a lot of time in the coworking space, which was also great. Dewa was exceptionally kind and responsive, always available to help with anything I needed. I’m really glad I chose this place and hope to come back!

The staff was very helpful and kind especially angga🙏🏼. Bed was very comfy. Room was clean. Pool was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay. Restaurant opposite had good food as well 🥰

Fantastic post. If you are looking for some peace in the jungle this place is ideal. 30 min by taxi or scooter. Very kind and helpful staff. Massager...the best, worth the day every day. Great food. If I go back to Bali I would definitely come back here! Thank you

What a lovely, sweet place! Felt like I had my very own nest for a couple of days, close to Penestanan and central Ubud. Special shout out to Wayan! A beautiful soul who helped with my bags, cleaned my room, and — most importantly — greeted me with a big smile and howdy every time I saw him. I live in Ubud; I know this area well. Hands down, this place is awesome. 🙏🏽💛🌈

The stay was perfect. The place is a paradise, surrounded by rice fields with lots of greenery. Ideal for those who do not want to go to Canggu or Uluwatu and prefer a more relaxed stay close to nature. You need a car or motorcycle if or if you want to absolutely everything, luckily with grab is super easy. Also the owner sells food and drinks that are very useful when you do not plan to go to the ubud center by car (1 hour). We loved being away from the center, surrounded by nature. The house is just like the photos and even better, and communication with the owners to tidy up food, activities and breakfast is super easy. About the noise of animals that other guests comment, it is fixed with simply plugs. The only change I would ask for is to improve the pressure of the showers. It didn't get very hot either. I would definitely recommend this place

Thank you again Caroline, Kutut, Wayang and Nyoman. Your house is magnificent and the support and care wonderful. I had my own complications but none of you were phased and all very helpful. For anyone that is interested in staying here I would highly recommend it for people that would like a genuine, elegant and private experience and who likes animals too. I stayed in the studio last year and found that perfect also. This year my parents joined me for part of the stay as we stayed in the house which has plenty of air, space, light and room. It is set in gardens that are natural and well kept and there are beautiful views of rice fields right in front of you. You can spoil yourself in the open expansive bathroom. It also feels like a home as it has a warm and generous vibe. I did work here and the wifi was great. So if you are looking for somewhere to get away from the hustle and bustle and do your own thing it is perfect. If you want a quality, serene and natural stay and like being close to the environment and animals then don't hesitate on this one I think it is rare.

Our stay at the villa was very comfortable and the host, Dhe, and his associates, were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. I was even able to arrange an airport pick-up which was very convenient! The rooms in the villa were clean and well-kept and the pool with floating breakfast was a fun experience. Dhe was also easy to contact before and throughout our stay. We would recommend staying here for anyone who wants to have easy access to all of Ubud but also wants a private, peaceful stay.

Tropical Kasbah is a beautiful and quiet place. With a jungle view and natural surroundings. Lee, the host also very nice and communicative. Will definitely come back!

The accommodation is very spacious! For one person it is 2 rooms, ideal for living and working. A lot of light but cool because of the excellent air conditioning. For a couple it will still be comfortable. Cozy kitchen, clean and nice bathroom, cleaning every 2 days. Great location if you want silence, but don't want to be far from tourist places: cafes, gym, supermarket are all nearby. Also Bali attractions are close to Ubud, it is a good place if you want to travel around the island.

The place is a little on the edge of "life" in Ubud, a little quieter but there are many construction sites on site (as stated!). The busy street and the Palace can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes, but there is no large walkway and there is a lot of traffic. But the place can't do anything about it ;) The place was very nice and lovingly designed, the reception staff very nice and helpful and the hosts can be reached quickly via Airbnb! We highly recommend this place for those who like it a little quieter and secluded from all the hustle and bustle.:) Don't forget that the property is located in a natural area and there are many small crawling animals in the outdoor area.

Great place to stay. The staff is very prompt & very hospitable. The property is near local neighborhoods, so if you don’t mind dogs barking at night this is the place for you. Overall, I would totally recommend this property!

This is a very cool space - the whole house (except bedrooms) is an open air concept that makes for a lovely and relaxing vibe. Beautiful garden overlooking river. They have lots of fans to keep you cool, and the bedrooms have air conditioning. We were only there one night, but had dinner, breakfast, and lunch in house and it was super good! Also very highly recommend the massage - outdoors by the river is fabulous, and the ladies who did the massages were fantastic (I had Ayu - so great!). As one of the other reviews mentioned, it’s not quite as isolated/private as some other places (the owners live next door, and the neighbors are building a property on opposite side) - but we did not feel crowded at all and we would definitely recommend this place as well as hope to return sometime soon! The staff was great and we really appreciated their cooking and help arranging transport. Mahalo!
