Beautiful accommodation, there were a couple of tiles around the pool that were loose, otherwise wonderful. Having an outdoor kitchen in that location was fantastic, you got to fully enjoy the views. Kayon Jungle Restaurant is a 2 minute walk, they have great food and service and other amenities that you could enjoy too. Wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the accommodation and area. Communication with the accommodation was flawless. Transfer from the airport and to activities was also available. The furniture and furnishings were a bit outdated and worn. Due to the proximity to the boy and the street, it was sometimes a bit louder. Unfortunately, the supermarket could not be reached on foot. Nevertheless, it was a great stay with great communication and nice people.

Had the nicest stay ever, the villa was lovely and very beautiful. We enjoyed our stay, the host were very responsive and helpful. They bought us to the villa through their scooty. We had a pretty smooth checkin, everything was so clean and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, we felt right at home in suweta’s house. We rented the scooty from them only at a very reasonable rate and they also arranged a floating breakfast experience for us. I will definitely recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a private villa experience with a gorgeous looking pool and everything to themselves. I’ll rate this villa 100/10 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

The villa was very clean, tidy, and well-located — quite close to the center. Our host, Putu, was in contact with us throughout our stay and helped us with everything we needed, including airport transfer and motorbike rental. Every day, he kindly asked for our breakfast preferences and arranged it for us free of charge. The only downside is that the villa is not directly accessible by car — you have to park a bit away and continue the last 100–150 meters by motorbike. But even in this, Putu and the villa staff were very helpful. Overall, everything was great. We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality!

This place was absolutely perfect, it overlooked the rice fields and had that amazing indoor/outdoor vibe that makes Ubud so special. The room was super comfy, and the open-air living space and bathroom were such a cool touch. Novi was an incredible host: super friendly and quick to respond to anything we needed. She even surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my birthday, which was so thoughtful. We also tried the floating breakfast, and it was seriously delicious. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We loved the villa and the pool! Everything was perfect, spotless clean and all the details were carefully thought through and just amazing. We only had one night at the lovely airbnb and wished we had stayed longer, just because we loved the villa so much! Can highly recommend!

If it was possible I would give more than 5 stars. The air bnb was beautiful, clean, well maintained and had great amenities. The rice field was so tranquil to look out over and listen to the birds, and the pool was a perfect way to unwind each day and we even took a floating breakfast in the pool the first day— so fun! The host provided a breakfast each day, even creating things not on the provided menu to fit our preferences. Our host went above and beyond for everything… organized pick up from the airport and spent a considerable amount of time waiting for us and getting through traffic out, brought a scooter to the front door of the air bnb, massages, organized a driver for a day trip who took us to a local coffee farm we didn’t even know of for a tasting and we were delighted! She setup our fast boat to get to our next destination and even helped us after check out with questions or bookings when we had issues! I truly cannot describe how incredible of an experience our stay was!

It's very nice to stay in this paradise. Very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The house is exactly like in the pictures. I recommend

Wow! This has been my favorite stay in Bali. I rented the whole place to myself to have a nice peaceful stay, and it was perfect. I felt very safe and taken care of with the most amazing hosts who gave me recommendations and were so accommodating. The villa was so beautiful. The pool was great and had a nice covered area outside to watch the rain. I also loved the kitchen. I will definitely be staying here next time I am in Bali! 10000000/10

We had a super nice stay. It is a special accommodation in the rice fields and you are directly in nature. The staff was super friendly and helpful and always responded quickly to our messages/requests.

Wow.. From the moment I booked the villa to the time I left it was magical.. Communication was prompt and Ari and the team were amazing, nothing was too hard and always a smile.. The villa is as pictured and picture perfect with breathtaking views, fire flies and geckos remind you that you truly are in paradise in the jungle.. Such a beautiful villa, could’ve happily stayed there all day and not felt guilty about not exploring Ubud town. It was cleaned daily by staff, very much spotless. Breakfast made each morning was delicious. Access to property can be a bit tricky if you aren’t confident on a scooter, but is walkable too. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The host is friendly, and you can book a pick-up service. We also booked a spa at their hotel. Every service exceeded our expectations. It's just the most comfortable place we've ever stayed in Bali!

Opic and Made have been amazing hosts and welcomed us with their incredibly warm kindness upon arrival and throughout our stay. They have been attentive and very quick to respond during our stay. We have thoroughly enjoyed this villa and it’s location and couldn’t ask for better hosts.

We came back here the second time and had the perfect stay again! Agnes‘ place is a beautiful quiet oasis and still close to town. The house is in really good shape, the beds are super comfortable, the pool is so nice and watching the sunset on the lounge outside is everything! Thank you so much - we will be back again for sure!

Beautiful place located in the rice fields. Stunning pool and excellent staff who gave us recommendations for local activities and were communicative. Great breakfast included daily with many options, brought to your room. Loved our stay!

A very nice, clean and spacious villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Villa is close to restaurants and about 10 to 15 min walk into Ubud Centre. Would definitely stay again. Communication was very easy and clear.

I honestly couldn’t rate this place higher, from the pool to the view, the living area and the rooms, the whole place was great. Shanty was brilliant at looking after us and anything we needed was provided immediately. A must if you stay in the Ubud area!

Our stay was just magical. Everything is exactly as pictured and described. Working with I Made was wonderful - he is super responsive, flexible, warm and kind. He had cute little pieces of advice for everywhere we went and he made everything easy. We ordered breakfast twice and it was delicious in both cases. We also got facials which are performed right in the room. When we arrived there were two coconuts for us to drink and bananas from the garden which we had fried each morning. The kitchen is easy to operate and had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay again!

Absolutely lovely villa in the Heart of Ubud Bali. Great open kitchen area that allows you to feel part of the outdoors and has all the needed amenities. The 2 enclosed bedroom villas were great for our privacy, and we're nicely temperature controlled with AC for the hot Bali temps. Awesome infinity pool that looked out into the jungle. The whole place was thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend
