A group of 4 of us stayed overnight for a short stop over before heading to Thetis Island. Perfect location. Very clean and quiet. Great amenities, very generous host - great complimentary toiletries, eggs, coffee etc. Anastasiia was very helpful, quick to respond, very friendly host. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time at Scott's place. It was well equipped, comfortable and felt very homely and welcoming. Scott was very friendly and responded immediately to any queries. He gave us helpful tips for local walks and wildlife viewing. We particularly loved watching hummingbirds just outside the lounge windows. We would recommend Karmix Cottage to anyone wanting a get away from it all break, but within easy reach of beaches, waterfalls and forests.

Absolutely stunning location - saw loads of wildlife from the terrace, and an amazing view over the water. Property was also very well supplied with a super modern kitchen and ample bed and bath space. Will be back!

My partner and our children reserved this lovely home for a retirement celebration with our in laws. The home was spacious for all six of us and our family dog and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The home is nestled in a beautiful mountainous area with lovely views from all the front windows. It's rustic yet modernized layout and structure made it the perfect place to cozy up together or spread out and enjoy some quiet time separately. It's location is close enough to many trails and beach access points to get out and explore. The hot tub, sauna and cold plunge were definitely a highlight for our Spring trip and did not disappoint.

Clean place, friendly hosts and well worth what we paid for. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped (albeit small as described, but no issues cooking breakfast and dinner for two people) with cooking supplies as well as some good quality spices and seasonings. The chocolates the hosts produce are phenomenal and very reasonably priced, we loved the pink salt dark chocolate we tried, so we purchased a variety of chocolates to bring home for friends on our way out.

I recently stayed at Ashley's place, and it was an exceptional experience! The property was exactly as described (and even better in person). It was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, especially the view was amazing. I loved the closed huge backyard too because of my dog. Ashley was incredibly welcoming and providing clear communications. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. We definitely gonna stay at this place again. This time Summer.

This is one of the best and fully stocked Airbnbs that I have visited in a while!! Dave’s place felt like a true Airbnb experience- he put a lot of thought into hosting guests in his home. I felt he was available and cared for hosting. The home was better than I imagined- with comfortable beds, fully stocked bathrooms and kitchens. The outdoor space was great, the rules were reasonable, the home was big enough, and we were in a great location. We used a car so I can’t speak to access to public transportation, but with a car we were close to grocery stores, restaurants, VIU, and a beach. Thank you, Dave!!

When I read other guests reviews, I could tell that Janet sincerely cared for all of her guests. If you are searching for a home away from home, stop searching because Janet is the GEM in the Sunshine Coast treasure box.

This was a fabulous rental, it was perfect in every way. Every step of this booking was just a great experience, the host was so friendly and fun to chat with and thought of everything a traveller might need. Judy's place was clean, tidy & well equipped. We had everything we needed with all of the comforts of home. the kids loved the amenities of rathrevor Beach & the pool being near by! thank you! we will definitely be back!!

Our family of 5 plus our dog enjoyed our stay at Oceanside Escapes. Johanna and Julie were readily available to answer any questions that we had before and during our stay. The cabin was well-supplied and had a binder listing many local recommendations. It was a short walk to Rathtrevor Beach which we all enjoyed, particularly our dog. All essential amenities and many attractions were nearby. The central air conditioner was especially helpful in keeping the whole cabin cool during the hotter days. We will be back.

A wonderful place with an amazing view. We felt right at home and enjoyed our time tremendously. Natasha was very helpful, informative, responsive, and friendly. We wouldn't change a thing!

We had a great stay with Marianne. The views are breathtaking! There is a bit of a walk up, so might not be suitable for those with mobility challenges but was well worth the view at the top!

Raquel’s cozy guest house made our two night stay a relaxing getaway. It’s a convenient location not far from the ferry and amenities in town but feels a world away from Vancouver, waking up to the sounds of the countryside. The house is well renovated with amazing light and everything you need in the kitchen. Raquel was a great host, making us feel very welcome, accommodating us and communicating extensively when we had some issues with ferry travel. Would highly recommend!

What an absolute gem of an airbnb. We had our privacy the entire stay. Cabin was spacious and was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Well stocked kitchen with a comfortable living space. The backyard was spacious enough for our big dog and there are many trails close by. The fire pit with the lawn chairs allowed us to sit back and relax with a nice fire. This was a great getaway. I highly recommend Keitha’s Airbnb!

Gill and Sue are fantastic hosts, they are very friendly, responsive, helpful and proactive in their communication. Their cabin is just fantastic and located within a beautiful area, literallyon the beach front. "Sleeping under the stars" was a very apecial treat. When we can, we will definately be back. Cute quiet Airbnb near welcome beach. Had the basics to cook meals for a few days. The barbecue, stove, and fridge worked great! Nice shared space outdoors if the weather is nice, but as expected with a tiny home, the interior was tight for 3 guests. Bring mosquito repellant as it is a woodsy area and most of the social space is outdoors! I wished the front door had a sliding screen to keep bugs out. All the windows had screens which was perfect, especially as the loft areas could get warm at night and after cooking. There were no curtains but the tiny home is in a private area. Nice large parking space and beautiful yard/outdoor patio. It is 20mins away from town centre.

Very clean, bright and spacious. All the amenities felt new and well maintained. It was quiet and completely separate from the main house, giving me a real sense of privacy. I stayed a little over a month and truly felt like it was my own home :) Carmen and Mike were wonderful hosts, super responsive and full of great local recommendations. I had an amazing time exploring the area! The town itself is beautiful and peaceful, and everyone I met was incredibly friendly. I loved ending the day with a walk on the beach which is just 5 minute drive away. And there’s an amazing lookout point with expansive mountain views less than five minutes away! As someone working remotely, I really appreciated how quiet and well equipped the space was, perfect for productivity with fast and reliable Wi-Fi. I also felt completely safe throughout my stay, even when coming and going at odd hours. Having separate parking was super convenient! Overall, a perfect stay. I'd absolutely come back!!

Very lovely little place It was exactly what I needed for the few days.

What a perfect place to stay! Only a 5 minute walk down to the water where you can enjoy watching seals, eagles and the sunset. Also a lovely deck facing the water. I would highly recommend this place to stay!
