The rental is as described and Francis was a welcoming and considerate host. I spent 2 days in peace and quiet, and with a room that was always cool despite the heatwave, which is appreciable.

The host was very responsive to our last-minute booking. The accommodation is superb, spacious and pleasant to live in. We had an incredible stay and were able to enjoy the terrace, which is a real plus in summer.

The accommodation is beautiful, we spent our best nights in the comfort of this accommodation near Paris. Hosts are attentive and always respond quickly when there is a problem. Thank you to them.

Everything we needed was there and everything was thoroughly cleaned. We would only prefer to be closer to the city center but pricewise this was the smartest option. Pierre was also very helpful in all regards. I lost my phone during my stay and he tried to help as best as he could. Overall 5/5, recommend!

The apartment is suitable and clean. I found it well located and close to the RER. There are restaurants and a bus stop nearby. In addition, I found the gentleman to be approachable, helpful and kind.

Great place that I regularly rent for work trips

A really nice place. Quietly located with a park, beautiful restaurants and a very tasty bakery. It was a 3-minute walk to the S-Bahn. Great connection to go to Paris. Wahab was very friendly and always easy to reach. We would check back in here anytime.

Well-located apartment in a relatively quiet area. Contains everything you need for a short stay. It doesn't get too hot in the summer!

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a little further out from the centre of Paris but easily reachable with public transport. There were some lovely local shops and restaurants nearby as well so we didn’t always have to go out of our way to find something. The apartment was just right for two people for a few days :)

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
