It enjoys a very quiet location within a wooded holiday area. The garden is screened from outside view by fencing and vegetation. A gas BBQ and a fire pit with firewood are provided. A hot tub (€75 per stay) and a sauna (€20 per day) are available as optional extras (for an additional fee). The bathroom is located in the house.

In our animal-free non-smoking settlement house we rent the ground floor apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen with dining area, conservatory and bathroom incl. towels. Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible because the house can only be reached via stairs. Behind the house there is a small terrace available to our guests. Our house is unfortunately not suitable for young children. The price is for 4 people per night. You can park on the street without any problems.

Located on the edge of the village, with connection to the adjacent multigenerational house, the apartment is also a paradise for children, dog lovers, and nature lovers. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
