The house is in a great location, very quiet but also very close to the center of Porto Santo Stefano, impeccable cleanliness. Fabiana and her husband Mauro were perfect, responsive in responding to our requests without ever making us miss anything (with a very kind and caring attitude). I want to emphasize the commitment they put in to make us feel at home and accommodate any type of request, certainly super recommended for anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Porto Santo Stefano

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

Our stay (my and my partner's) was very positive, much of the credit was the host Marco. Very kind person, very helpful and always oriented to the well-being of his guests, he made us feel at home. The place is also very convenient to access Feniglia beach, thanks also to the use of bicycles made available by Marco. Great experience, considering this was the first year Marco started hosting guests through airbnb, things are sure they can only improve! 5 stars :)

We were very impressed with the location. The old fort is very authentic and a great location overlooking the harbour. Don’t have a a lot of luggage as the steps from the moat up to the accommodation level are steep. Also, a large car may struggle to get through the automated door. We loved the unusual location and were able to walk down to the harbour and all the splendid restaurants. Takes about 15 minutes !

Independent apartment, very clean, spacious, equipped with all services and with a large terrace where you can have breakfast, sunbathe and admire the view. Nestled in the fields, the place is quiet and calm, an excellent refuge for visiting the beautiful surroundings. Very, very kind and helpful hosts, full of care and advice. Super-recommended address!!

Tommaso was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with, particularly with sorting out parking. The apartment was tidy and spacious with good air conditioning for the August heat Easy walking distance to main town

We were received extremely nicely by Silva. She showed us the house and we felt right at home. The kitchen has everything you need. We especially liked the covered outdoor seat with beautiful views of the countryside.

We had a great stay. The kitchen is very small and spartanly furnished. The communication was very good, the yard and the pool were wonderful!

Ilaria’s villa is a comfortable and stylish base from which to explore all the wonders that Maremma has to offer. We are a family of four, and after a couple of weeks in Italy, the kids were craving home-cooked meals, so we spent several hours in the kitchen and dining areas. It was delightful to cook while listening to the kids having fun in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. The villa is conveniently located near the old town center and several supermarkets. Since we were keen to visit Porto Ercole, Alberese, and Saturnia, we didn’t dedicate as much time to Grosseto as we should have. The old center has a very mellow vibe, and everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer. Finally, I want to say a big thank you to Ilaria for being so accommodating and kind. We are already looking forward to returning to your place.

Bright and cozy house exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Functional kitchen and spacious and well-disposed spaces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Terrace with sea view and fantastic views at every hour of the day and night, we were mesmerized! Quiet and relaxing setting within the Cala Moresca consortium that we already knew but was able to amaze us again with the well-kept and very clean common spaces for the amazing pool set in the rocks with an attached descent to the crystal clear sea. Top! Finally, a delightful and very helpful owner who made us feel at home. Absolutely repeatable.

My husband and I stayed two nights in the Chestnut Dryer of the Podere di Maggio. What can I say? A real paradise: nestled in a wonderful valley with Mount Amiata in front of it and the beautiful medieval village of Santa Fiora. We could not ask for more: wonderful structure, well cared for, in detail, priceless peace. The hosts were great, hospitable, and really made us feel at home. In short, everything is perfect, nothing is missing, of course you have to love bucolic life like us ! The only downside? Two nights were too short and we'll definitely be back . Beautiful place if you are looking for a place to relax away from the chaos. The apartments are well maintained and clean. The kitchen has everything you need, the only thing missing is a microwave for those who are used to using one, but it was still equipped with a small oven. The pool is also beautiful with a wonderful view, our 7-month-old had his first bath there. Breakfast was also very good with all homemade things to eat, even under the porch equipped with table and chairs. Our little dog also had a great time, as the entire property is surrounded by greenery with plenty of space. Finally, everyone was very kind and helpful, also recommending places to visit and restaurants to eat. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at Casa del Fico in April 2025. The house is very nice, clean and well cared for, located in the silence of the countryside behind Marina di Pescia Romana, with numerous beds available. In addition to the dining room on the ground floor, there is also one in the basement, both with long tables that allow lunches and dinners even for large guests (there were 9 of us). In the beautiful garden there is a pool and a gazebo with another large table that allows you to eat outdoors, better if under the stars, clearly visible given the poor light pollution of the area (especially for those who live in the city). There are numerous places to visit in the neighborhood: Saturnia, Tarquinia, the archaeological park of Vulci, Viterbo, Lake Bolsena, the Maremma, just to name a few, plus of course the sea. The owner is very nice and approachable. We can only recommend Casa del Fico to all those who intend to plan a vacation in these beautiful areas.

Perfect spot for a Tuscany experience. Nicely located between two friendly villages with fantastic restaurants and any supplies that you may need. The swimming pool was well maintained by Luciano and was used by us multiple times a day, for our group it was a highlight of the property. We all came away very happy with our stay and would totally recommend staying at this property.

I hate to write this review, because I would like to keep that amazing place to myself! It is the ultimate holiday destination with all you may need to relax, enjoy amazing views and experience the nature. Pictures don’t do justice to this amazing apartment with 5 terraces, beautiful interior and all comfort you may need. It’s a real place, filled with art, books, board games and with a fully equipped kitchen. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Wonderful villa, close to the amenities of the port but very peaceful and quiet. Well-kept, clean and tidy indoor and outdoor spaces and a unique panorama. The hosts are very kind, helpful and accommodating to the needs of the guests. I highly recommend staying in this home. I have been to the island of Giglio several times and I will definitely return, again to this accommodation. Another plus: mosquito repellent kits! It is not obvious to find them offered by the owners, it had never happened to me. Great guys! Thanks again and see you soon!

This was such a dream. If you want a beautiful, private place to relax and play out your medieval Italian fantasies, this is the spot. Gorgeous, walkable (though a steep hill) to the main part of town and all the delicious restaurants. And simply unbeatable views. Not to mention Rosalia is such a gem. I wish I could have stayed forever.

Good location close to the city. Convenient parking and public charging for EVs nearby. Also close to several beaches to explore by car or bike.

Accommodation very central and quiet location. Only 5 min walk to the beach and center. Accommodation not very large, but completely sufficient for 2 people. Apartment a little dark, as it is located in the basement. Everything very clean. Landlady Asia always responds to questions within a few minutes. We had a great time.

We had a very nice stay. The accommodation is located in a very beautiful part of Tuscany. We particularly enjoyed the combination of nature and culture. Beautiful beaches, good food, really friendly people, even a day trip to Rome was easily doable. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation very quickly, also because Raffaele was always a good contact person for smaller problems.

Small but extremely clean and functional house, with a nice outdoor space with table and umbrella for lunch or dinner outside. Leonardo is extremely helpful and kind, clear and detailed directions to the apartment and tips on places to visit on the island. There were two of us and the house was perfect for our needs. Highly recommended.
