The villa, shared with other apartments, is in a beautiful place: I think one of the best views of the Argentario. The home matches expectations and images. It is good for couples or families with children (parties or lively evenings would be incompatible with the tranquility and coexistence rules of the building). It has a very effective air conditioning system in the rooms (and this August was very useful). Access to the sea is quite easy and allows you to snorkel nearby or even, swimming a little, to swim to the equipped beach of Pozzarello (the best beaches are Tuscany Bay and Il Tramonto alla Giannella - 15 min by car, or La Zonca alla Feniglia - 20 min by car, or La Dogana or L'Ultima Beach in Capalbio - 40 min by car). Massimiliana is very proactive and precise and maintains the well-being of guests. In general, a beautiful and relaxing vacation.

Patrizia is a great Host, the house matches the photos perfectly. Very clean, and equipped with everything indicated. We especially appreciated the view of the harbor and the comfort of the beds. We definitely recommend.

Laura was a perfect hostess, always ready to answer all our questions and hosted us as if we were family. The apartment is spacious, very clean with all comforts, and is located in a very central but quiet location. The parking lots are close. Highly recommended!

we thought this was a pleasant location, we could park spaciously, good bike paths, in the apartment everything was present, good WiFi, nice to sit in the garden. all in all I can recommend it to everyone

Good value for the location. Very close to the beach. Several public beaches 5-6 minute walk. A close walk to restaurants and shops (5-10 minutes) Kitchen was fully stocked of pans / dishes. Host was helpful with check in, local places to go and restaurants.

It's not luxurious, it's a family home here, but it's spacious, comfortable, and the location is a dream to die. What a lovely view both from the ground floor terrace and from the two balconies of the main bedrooms. We discovered the jewel of Cannelle, a small town far from the everyday world, and we'll be back as soon as possible. There are mosquitoes to consider and the heat without air conditioning (we were there in mid June). But I recommend this place without hesitation. Thanks Giusy for your next vacation!

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in Cinzia's house for five to ten days and found the accommodation comfortable and well distributed. The double bedroom with a private bathroom is the best. The recently renovated accommodation was very clean and had all the necessary equipment for both the kitchen and the rest. The outdoor area, with its complete and well-kept furnishings, allows you to enjoy lunches, dinners and relaxation in the perfectly shaded garden. Very close to the beach, a half-hour walk from the village, it is the ideal place for those who love tranquility. Cinzia responded immediately to our requests with care and kindness. What can I say, we couldn't have asked for better. Highly recommended.

Teresa is a really kind and helpful host, she made us find the house perfectly ready and gave us lots of directions to make the most of the house and the area. The outdoor space is splendid. The interior of the house is equipped with everything you need. The location is great for reaching both Porto Santo Stefano and the nearby coves. In a few minutes by car you can reach many other places. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

A fantastic place to relax. We were looking for tranquility and relaxation and got our money's worth. A beautiful house with sea views and sea access. We got quick help when we needed a screw that we had lost on a device from us.

The Apartment is located in the heart of Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo and boulevard leaf with restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The place is very well utilized - everything is present in a few square meters. From rainshower Up to ambient lighting. Sparkling clean; lovely bed. Recommended!

Good location close to the city. Convenient parking and public charging for EVs nearby. Also close to several beaches to explore by car or bike.

House in a magnificent location. 20 steps and you are standing on the beach. Reserved parking spot and outdoor space. Basement house with walls against the floor a little damp due to the recent rains but dehumidifier and heating were provided to fix it. The house is spacious, comfortable, well furnished and equipped with everything you need. Very kind and very helpful owner. Highly recommend.

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in the app for 12 days. "Olive tree house" ! Due to technical problems in the Tangerine Tree House, Lyza left us the larger apartment in the same house for the same price. We enjoyed the olive tree house very much. Lyza has helped us very well with many tips (restaurants, beaches) and recommendations. Nice big terrace with great sea view. We always ate outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Just disturb the many mosquitoes! Very good location. You can walk quickly and easily to the old town and to the beach. Parking was very good and easy. You can take beautiful excursions from here. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Kitchen and amenities are very good. The bed is very good. The apartment (windows & doors) is equipped with good mosquito protection. The air conditioners in the bedroom and in the living room/kitchen are very good. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful apartment in Porto Ercole with an amazing terrace overlooking the harbour. The apartment is large, comfortable beds with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Violante and family were great hosts throughout. Highly recommended apartment in an incredible location!
