Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Gignac

I had a great stay at Jean Pierre and Catou's. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped, very quiet although it is in the city, located close to amenities and access to tourist activities in the area is easy. It has always been easy to park on the street. The air conditioning and terrace provide additional comfort. All in all, we could stay there for a long time. Thank you both for welcoming me with my dog and for your availability and kindness!

An old house of great character with comfortable sitting room and well-equipped but old style farm kitchen. The shaded terrace was excellent for meals outside and the patio in front of the living room’s French doors was great for breakfast in the sun. The setting and scenery are absolutely beautiful and it is possible to do great walks right from the door. Our dog, Jim, was in his element. The house is well located for numerous walks including the Gorges d’Heric and circuits above Olargues and Saint Pons de Thomiere. A car is essential. There is no local shopping but there are supermarkets in Bedarieux and Saint Pons, not too far away. We enjoyed the restaurant ‘le lézard bleu which is close by in Vieussan. Lydia is a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. An excellent stay we hope to return.

One of the best accommodations ever found on Airbnb for a long list of reasons. Anthony was extremely kind from the beginning, accompanying us with great availability all the time until our departure. The apartment is equipped with all comforts, with attention to the smallest details, extremely clean, with a wise use of space and good taste in the furnishings. The balcony is a very pleasant relaxation corner to experience. The car park is also very convenient. Quiet and peaceful residence in a very well-served area.

Florent's property is a small 3 floor self-contained house with well equipped and modern fittings throughout. The top floor could be a reading room or study and it opens out to a rooftop terrace overlooking a very pleasing view of tiled roofs, trees and the nearby cathedral. The little street is very quiet but within a few minutes walking distance of bustling squares and narrow old-town streets full of bars and restaurants. There is a tram stop (Lines 1 and 4) 2 minutes away which will connect you to wherever you might want to visit in the city. It's good to have a whole house rather than an apartment in a building shared with other tenants or visitors. The place has a relaxing feel and all creature comforts are catered for. Florent was always responsive - he replied to my queries within minutes.

Isabella’s apartment was exactly what we wanted for 8 nights in Sete. Perfect location in the centre of the town with a wonderful view of the canal from the third floor balcony (the lift was very welcome!), excellent air conditioning and just a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars anyone could wish for. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to a couple wanting a central location in this wonderful, wonderful town.

Stephanie's accommodation is extremely well located, with an extraordinary view of Sète, perfectly quiet, impeccably clean and very well equipped. Everything is there, whether for the bathroom or the kitchen, including a large and appreciable kitchen background. In addition, Stéphanie is very welcoming, available to her tenants for any information whatsoever. Another very appreciable point: you can do everything on foot (or by bike) from her home. Very nice apartment for a very pleasant stay

I spent 5 weeks in the apartment for a training course, it's the cleanest and most pleasant I've tested in 6 months in Montpellier! Recent building, both quiet thanks to the double glazing and yet 5 minutes from the town hall (moulares), well-equipped, good bed (with the mattress topper), beautiful terrace... the host is responsive and understanding, I recommend it!

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

The accommodation is ideally located for discovering Montpellier, well equipped and clean. Hélène met us when we arrived to give us the keys and she is good advice.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture … We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a quality host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!
