Great location. Very clean and spacious place with all the amenities needed for a few days in Busan.

Ik heb hier een paar nachten verbleven en het was echt een fijne ervaring. De studio is schoon, netjes en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het uitzicht op zee is prachtig en je bent met nog geen 5 minuten lopen op het strand van Haeundae, echt ideaal. Wat ook prettig was, was dat het in de kamer lekker rustig was. Geen storende geluiden, waardoor ik goed heb kunnen slapen. De airco werkte goed en de wifi was snel. In de buurt zijn genoeg restaurants, cafés en winkels, en alles is makkelijk te bereiken. De host was vriendelijk en gaf duidelijke instructies voor het inchecken. Kortom een heel fijne plek om te verblijven. Ik zou het zeker aanraden!

A동 B동 찾는 게 처음에만 어려웠고 버스정류장 가깝고 다른 호텔들도 주변에 많아서 보안이나 위치 이런 것들이 좋았던 것 같아요 그리고 샤워부스도 있어서 깨끗하고 화장실에 비데도 있어서 좋아요 배달도 주변에 생각보다 많아서 시켜서 먹기 좋은 환경이었습니다 바다랑 정말 가깝고 잘 보여서 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ 다음에도 또 찾아서 가볼 예정이에요

Cozy house

My parents and I had a very comfortable stay. Host(s) are very quick to respond and honestly the lift issues were not so much a problem for us as there were an extra lift to use at the back. If you are here for the views tho, don’t put your hopes high. Perfect place to stay close by to the beach, whilst having great beds to yourself (at least for us, we had 1 bed each!) Will come back again if I have to stay at Haeundae next time :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-stars! I stayed in this apartment for 1 month and really enjoyed my time. It's a large place, bigger than the photos, and in perfect condition. The unit faces a nice quiet street & there is no noise because of the excellent double-glazing. It's on the 4th floor of Building B. Each apartment is managed by a different company. The elevators are quick unless you use them 10am-12pm or 3pm-5pm, then you might have to wait 10 minutes. The wifi is super fast, though there is a 5-device limit. I even tried my own router directly with the network cable but still hit this 5-device limit. The internet is reliable and fast. It's a very good apartment. Only two minor issues: There's no toaster even though I requested twice. And opposite the front door is an Admin office who regularly move a noisy cart even into the early hours of the morning, which did wake me up. But those are minor. The apartment is nice, light, and airy. I would definitely stay here again. Very good!

We loved our stay - fantastic location right across Haeundae beach. Easy access to restaurants and sites. The apartment itself was just as described. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms - perfect for our family of 4 (adult kids). Host was very responsive in helping with transportation and items as well as helpful recommendations. We can’t wait to return!

전체적으로 깔끔하고 아늑해서 좋았습니다.

suv라 주차가 아쉬운점 제외하고는 모든게 만족스러운 숙소 suv 옆건물 지웰주차장 지하4층에만 주차할 수 있고 3박했는데 1박당 1만원에 3천원 더해서 3만3천원 추가지출이 있었던점은 아쉬운점이라 할 수 있겠으나 숙소 자체에 대한 만족도는 상당히 높습니다 다만, 광안대교 뷰는 아닌데 사실 1층 가서 2차선 도로 건너면 광안리 해수욕장이라 그건 큰 문제가 아니었음 만족스러운 숙소

Все соответствует описанию, пароль от комнаты и адрес отправила на почту заранее что удобно(без личной встречи). Только один минус, не было домашних тапочек. И из-за тапочек не хотелось на подняться на 20 этаж в офис. А так все красиво

Our family had a wonderful stay at this place. The host was very responsive. We really appreciate how quickly the host would respond to questions or requests. We made the reservation same day and the host approved it within minutes. Highly recommend this place. Great location with a partial ocean view.

We love staying at this airbnb! The place was spacious for a group of 4, got a very nice beach view from the room, walking distance to Haeundae beach and market. Amenities were great, place was clean, and check in process and luggage storage was easy. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!

The location was awesome, just a couple of minutes from the Busan train and metro station. Lots of things reachable on foot from there or via metro and bus. I got instructions for the checkin with a minute to spare, but I got them in time so no complaints. My recommendation would be to provide a few helpful instructions such as take exit 6 if coming by metro, turn right behind Dunkin’ Donuts, then the building is on your left. Everything was clean, quiet, and just as promised. There were many Korean food options, cafes, western fast food, Uzbek, and Chinese food all within 5 minutes walk. I was very happy with my stay.

Our stay was amazing, the house was very clean and big for two people (we stayed there for 5 days and had 2 big carriers). It was very close to haeundae beach (1 minute walk) and the surroundings were great. I would totaly recomand !

The apartment was small but quite comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk from Dongmae metro station and about 30 minutes to the city center. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy — definitely worth the price. Highly recommended!

Access to the hotel from Busan airport is very convenient, I recommend the airport train 2 stops Gwaebeop Renecite Station and then bus 138-1, it is best to get off at the Samjin Cold Storage stop. The room is clean and what I appreciate is the bathroom inside, working air conditioning and a water heater, I recommend turning it on earlier so that the water heats up. The description and photos of the room are consistent with the host's description. I recommend

It’s such an amazing place. We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable & clean. The bus stop is near & there’s a lot of food places to eat near. I will highly recommend it. :) !!!

J’ai passé un mois très agréable, au final le karaoké n’est pas vraiment dérangeant au contraire, des fois je rigolais d’entendre des gens très mal chanté 😂 quand j’ai eu un problème l’hôte a été super réactif ( merci ) très bon séjour, je recommande !
