Beachfront holiday rental in Gijón

We had a wonderful time in Salinas. The view from the unit was amazing!

The accommodation was located very close to the beach. There were many local shops nearby, plus supermarkets and a 12-hour open pharmacy. Also, there was an area to be able to take the pet out for a walk.

Everything was perfect as in the photos, beautiful was attentive at all times, the arrival was easy and the area was very quiet.

Perfect accommodation to see Gijon and Asturias. The beach is just across the street and everything is within walking distance. If you are traveling by car, it saves stress, as a parking space in the underground car park is included. Good restaurants and cafes are nearby. Marte is very nice and sent us many recommendations from the area.

We had an amazing time in Gijón staying in this beautiful apartment in front of San Lorenzo Beach. The apartment is spacious, bright and super well equipped, plus they allow pets, so everything was perfect!

Lovely front row apartment which was perfect for us as the dog friendly section of the amazing beach is just yards away. Elena is very friendly and met us with the key and showed us around the apartment Perfect spot for the main centres of Gijón

The description of the place, though true, falls short. It is very spacious, with spectacular sea views, with each room very well distributed. We arrived with the expectation of a good experience and the result far exceeded it. The service was very thoughtful and cordial. Without a doubt a magnificent choice!!!

We had a great stay in this very well-equipped and quiet house. Everything is easily accessible (beach 3 minutes' walk). The instructions were very clear and allowed us to be fully autonomous. We would recommend this house without hesitating!

We really liked the Casina de Rodiles. It is not usual to find a house as well prepared and well set up as this. We would come back at the end of the day feeling back to our home. A pleasure also of attention and availability from Miriam and Álvaro. Thank you for everything!

Frsncisco's apartment is ideal for spending a few days with the family. It has everything you might need, and they have it very well maintained. And Francisco is super attentive at all times from the beginning. It's nice to go to a place like this.

The space matched the description and photos. A quiet place to spend a weekend with friends. Patricia was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. I would definitely repeat.

It is somewhat far from the center and this has its positive side (we had peace of mind at all times), but there was no nearby shop to go on foot. Anyway, we were very comfortable.

Javier has been an excellent host, very friendly and always attentive to any need we need. The house was very collected, clean and very well equipped, perfect to go as a couple or as a family. The location of the apartment is excellent as it is located in the center of Gijón. Quiet neighborhood and no problem with neighbors. We will not hesitate to return.

Have a nice day in surprising Gijón. From 5 high you can see the dogs on the beach, the surfers in the sea, it never gets bored. Nice city and the apartment is in a great place.

It is a wonderful apartment in an old building in Gijón. It is perfect in terms of location, close to the center and the beach. It is very comfortable and quiet. Communication has always been easy, fast and they have given us many facilities. It's a place to repeat :)

Great place right at the beachfront. Everything you need is there. I like it when an apartment has a washing machine, this cuts down on the amount of clothing you have to bring. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and spacious. As mentioned before though, if you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring some ear plugs. WiFi was fast and reliable, more important for me than the TV. Check-in was done in person by Pilar, who was very friendly and thorough in explaining everything and brought some welcome cookies. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are in walking distance. Very much appreciated was the shop with automated storage lockers right next door. Also, if you come here to work (like I did), there is a great coworking space a five minute walk away - WAX as in Work Arena Xixon. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely come back.

It was a great vacation in Gijón again. We were very satisfied with the apartment.
