Very nice condo, perfect for our needs. Great location in town, walk to everything. Beautiful area. James (host) was very responsive, easy check in and out. We had no issues, everything was as described. Pleasant surprise, pool was nicely heated.

Mathew’s house was so relaxing—I didn’t want to leave! The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I really loved the guest book; even though I didn’t get a chance to write in it, I enjoyed reading what others had shared. It was nice to see that the host actually took guest feedback seriously and added things people had suggested. The pool isn’t private (which I was aware of), but some guests seemed surprised. That said, the shared pool area was really nice—multiple pools and hot tubs all in one place! The pool key was conveniently hanging by the door. Another plus: stores are close by, which made everything super convenient. I would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

Super nice place for a solo trip. Great for a vacationer or someone in town for work and wanted to cook for themselves in a well-equipped kitchen.

Cute, well thought out apartment! Exactly as described with the Bavarian decor, our daughter especially loved the kids themed rooms.

The place looked exactly like the photos, it was clean, affordable, and the beds are very comfortable. Surroundings are a little industrial, but still quiet.

I rented this for my Dad and his wife as they were visiting from out of state. Cookies were waiting upon their arrival. They loved the accommodations! So nice, clean and private. My Dad was all smiles when he saw that he could park in a garage. Good thing they were driving a smaller SUV as it is a tight turn to get in and the garage is small. No complaints, but a recommendation of a separate thermostat for comfort convenience. Melissa was a wonderful host, thank you so much! Would definitely recommend to any couple.

Lovely, private spot in a typical AJ neighborhood with great views of Superstition. Plenty of space for our rental car and Ubers were able to find it. The unit is set up as a completely separate wing of the house. Even the entrance and parking felt secluded that we were comfortable coming and going knowing we wouldn’t run into anyone. Unit is in great shape and looks newly built. It was perfect for our 4 day trip!

Overall, we had a great time here. Laura and Bob were very responsive with questions and the space was perfect for what we needed. Would love to come back in the winter for a skiing adventure!

I had a great stay at this apartment! It was clean and comfortable. The on-site amenities were also wonderful to have access to. Kowanda was friendly and responsive, making the check-in process easy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay!

Bob quickly addressed a cleaning/check-in issue that came up. Could not have hoped for better responsiveness! The pool and hot tub closest to our unit didn't seem to be heating properly, but the other pool and hot tub near the main office were great!

Our in-laws live in the area, this is the 2nd time we've stayed at Nancy's. Very comfortable condo & centrally located. We'll likely stay here again.

We were in a bind due to a double booking through Vrbo and within minutes we reserved, paid for and had our code from Kristi! It was a great space - very clean with all the special things we needed. I would highly recommend this place and we will stay here again when we visit Phoenix!
