I really loved how the home felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet. Chris was proactive in communications with great detail on home rules, necessary codes, and instructions. The place is better than the pictures. The pool and hottub were amazing. Price to heat wasn't outrageous and they heated very well and we're adjustable which is very important when visiting in February. Ourdoor views/sunrise/sunsets were great. Great privacy for the outdoor areas. We cooked every meal for our group in the house/grill. Beds were comfortable. We stayed for 5 days and never left except for daily walks in the desert within 20 mins drive. Hosts were VERY responsive.

John & Jennifer definitely exceeded our expectations! Everything was absolutely perfect! They messaged us days before arrival to meet and provide directions. On our way we got lost and they helped guide us back to the main road. Upon arrival they greeted us and ensured we had all we needed. They provided so much that we definitely overpacked...towels, linens, blankets (heated ones also), hygiene items, everything to cook/bake, tools to brush the snow off of our vehicle, sleds, and so much more. They plowed the road. They were so kind to give us Grandma's hot chocolate, marshmellows, & candy canes for our children, &gave us some carrots and let us barrow some scarfs to make snowmen. The home was very clean, had heated toilets, & a sleep number bed. There were games to play and we loved them so much we ordered them to arrive at our home by the time we returned. I could go on but am running out of character space! We loved it so much we extended our stay 2nights & reserved our next stay!
