Lägenheten är belägen i vårt bostadshus, med egen ingång och separat boendeplan. 40 kvm disponerad med ett stort kök/allrum, ett sovrum och ett badrum.

Kombinerat allrum och sovrum, 2 våningssängar samt en extra säng i köket. På ön finns endast utedass. Trädgårdsmöbler och grill utanför stugan. Uthyrning vår, sommar och höst.
