Beachfront holiday rental in Gimli

Our family had a great time staying in this gorgeous location. The kids had lots to do, and the adults loved the many hiking trails and beaches in the area. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage. It was clean, spacious and had a well stocked kitchen. We felt right at home and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was ideal, offering both convenience and incredible views of the lake. The cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and their excellent communication made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

My daughter, Mum and I stayed at Sandra and Scott's cottage during Gimli's Icelandic Festival on the August long weekend. Sandra and Scott have a beautiful property, the cottage is perched right on the lake and is private, quiet and peaceful. We spent the Saturday at the festival and the rest of the time just relaxing at this amazing cottage. We spent a lot of time out on the back deck, just enjoying the morning sunshine, coffee and a very comfortable patio furniture set up. We spent the afternoons reading a book on said patio furniture, walking down to the beach or having a siesta in the hammock. At night we made use of the fire pit and listened to the sounds of the waves as we indulged in toasted marshmallows and a whiskey neat. Truly could not have asked for a more peaceful and relaxing weekend, just what I needed. Sandra and Scott were also super-quick to respond when I had a question about their BBQ. Super friendly and easy to deal with. Thanks for an amazing weekend!

A beautiful location that is quite close to Winnipeg, comfortable inside, and has one of the best-stocked kitchens we have yet to come across at an AirBnB. We appreciated all the thoughtful additions (extra toiletries, snacks in the kitchen, a few cold beers in the fridge) and the immediate sense of being somewhere we could unwind. While the weather was wet, windy, and cold during our visit, we still had a great time and enjoyed the warmth of the cabin during the May Long Weekend.

My partner and I had a great stay for a few nights at Beaconia. The area is pretty secluded and relaxing, with lots of beach to explore and water to swim in. It was great to have a place inside to sleep and cook, and there's also the opportunity to cook outside and have bonfires. It was the best glamping experience!

Fantastic stay! Private, serene, and a lovely getaway from the city for Thanksgiving weekend. Highly recommend!

We had a great Sept. long weekend stay. Beautiful view of the lake during the days and a roaring fire in the evening with a front row view of the northern lights was amazing. Every morning a 10 minute walk up the road and we had beachfront access with the dogs. Jodie is a wonderful and accommodating host which made experience worthwhile and enjoyable.

We loved staying here. The beach was walking distance and felt almost private! The bedrooms were comfortable and the cabin had everything we needed. We will return.

We had a great time at Grand Beach while staying at Keltie’s cabin. Everything we needed was provided for us and we enjoyed the time we spent there.

This was our second stay, and it was even better than the first with the addition of access to the washer/drier and TV. The kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The outdoors is the real treasure of staying here, right on the lake, the waves lapping at the shore. There are multiple outdoor sitting areas, a nice bbq grill, and nature at the doorstep. Jill is always there to answer any questions, or be of help in any way.

Donna’s place was exactly what we needed - private / clean & beautiful view! The hot tub & beach were the icing on the cake 👌 Will be back for sure!

Amazing get away! The cabin and decor are absolutely beautiful! The cabin has everything you need. The outdoor space is wonderful and it's great being so close to the water. The cabin has everything you need and more. The sweet gestures were appreciated. We truly felt at home. Great value for the price! We will definitely be back, and we highly recommend! This our second time at Rene’s Place. And it is absolutely lovely and peaceful. Great location, beautiful space and very functional. It is comfy, cozy and has everything you need to have a relaxing stay. Perfect place to recharge. Thank you we will be back.

This was our second time staying here. Did not disappoint. Close to the lake and beach. Home was very clean and easy to find. We will be back next year for sure. My only critique the flies were pretty bad this time of year. Maybe put up some fly traps under the front deck to help a little.
