Welcome to Nordico Point. Since 1984 our family has enjoyed the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. Our private 4.5 acres w/1200' of lakeshore reminds us of some of the most beautiful BWCA campsites that we have stayed at. Nordico Point aims to provide a similar experience for those who still desire a wilderness experience but no longer want to portage or sleep on the ground. And paddling is 100% voluntary. Our rustic log cabin on Lake Burntside was one of the first cabins to be built on the North Arm back in the 1930s. It is the quintessential Minnesota family cabin filled with artifacts from many generations of family. Amazing views, a huge deck & a gorgeous house.

Our home is a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath, four season lake home with absolutely amazing lake views! This is a 2500 sq ft year-round home with open floor living area and lake views that will take your breath away! There is an electric sauna, an outdoor fire pit & a 3 season porch. Our dog friendly home sits on 12 acres of wooded land and we have 150 feet of rocky shoreline across the road. We are a 10 minute drive from downtown Ely on Shagawa lake.
