Oubliez vos soucis dans ce logement spacieux et serein. Situé en plein centre d'un village entouré de vignes. Il peut accueillir 4 personnes. Le logement est à étage. Au premier étage une très grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine, salon et salle à manger donnant sur une cour où vous pourrez manger, faire un BBQ, profiter du jacuzzi ou d'un transat. Au deuxième étage se situe 2 chambres, un wc et une salle de bain. Au rdc se trouve une buanderie et un wc. Le logement est mon logement personnel.

Charming new independent house with pool, terrace, barbecue, on 2000 m2 of land. Fenced. 25 km from Béziers, Carcassonne and Narbonne. Lake Jouarres in Homps 6 km away, Canal du Midi 10 minutes away, beach 30 minutes away. We are in a small village of 500 inhabitants, very quiet with a grocery store and bakery.
