Monthly Rentals in Ginger Blue

The property is BEAUTIFUL & private! We loved being able to walk (very short distance) down to the river and jump right in. The river is in the back yard-Perfect! We were able to fish and our dogs went swimming. The home was perfect size for us and felt comfortable. Tara was helpful. I would recommend to anyone that is wanting some time at the River! We would love to come back & stay here again. We also felt safe with the locked gate & private driveway. The front yard was really nice too!

We had a great time, everyone was nice I loved the optional clothing! I can’t wait to come back!! Thank you for quick responses and the host were amazing they cooked dinner and breakfast made us feel right at home!

The 2nd story deck has a nice view of Shadow Lake and is perched near the tree tops; the Merlin Bird ID app recorded 14 birds in 20 minutes - warblers, vireos, a Baltimore oriole, a Kingfisher and more. The ground level patio was private & a sweet spot for my morning stretches, exercises and a sitting meditation on the riverbank. Bed was very comfortable for an older person with hip arthritis. The stairs from ground to apartment are steep but solid, with gripper tread and secure handrail. First night I walked the one block to Main St for delicious pizza & stopped at nearby ice cream shop. Good coffee & cinnamon role next morning at Elk River Coffee Co. Due to the rain and swollen river I had to pivot from original plan for outdoor activities; drove to Bentonville (35 minutes) and enjoyed Crystal Bridges Museum. On my second morning the weather cleared, I did some watercolor on the deck; after checkout I did the one hour tour at Bluff Dwellers Cave. Train sound was not a problem.
