Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. For the winter months there is a wood stove. The firewood is not included in the rental.

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

We were very well received by Karine and the accommodation was completely in line with the description and photos. We had a very pleasant stay, the public spaces (swimming pool, relaxation area, summer kitchen and barbecue) were welcome and were very much appreciated. Nice little house. The village is very quiet, the locals are friendly. For people with a light sleep: a charming nearby church with bells all ringing 30 minutes and a rooster on the other side of the road on the bedroom side which is quite morning!

The photographs do this place no justice, it is even more beautiful in person. Soaring ceilings and fascinating art on every wall. The rooms are palatial with stunning furnishings and the place is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Even the linens smelt wonderful, it made it hard to leave the bed as it was so lovely. Even more impressive is the host, she couldn’t have been more responsive or helpful, offering lots of recommendations and answered all my questions. A very special place, I can’t wait to visit again one day. Thank you Mal!

This place is a little paradise. The house is very warm, the view is beautiful. The garden is an Eden. The environment is very quiet. The hikes around the house are fabulous. Marlene and Bruce welcomed us very well. This is an excellent place.

Marie-Thérèse's welcome was friendly. She was very attentive, available, helpful and accommodating. Smooth exchanges. The apartment is great, very well located and surprisingly has a small inner courtyard. The room is large and very pleasant, quiet. The quiet neighborhood and shops nearby, ideally located for the yoga course I attended. A great stay!
