Total floor area 152 ㎡. On the first floor there is a dining room with an atrium and a full kitchen. There is also a second living room on the 2nd floor. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room, 3 toilets, and 3 sinks. All rooms have heated floors. It is warm in winter, and even large groups can stay conveniently and comfortably. Also great for family trips and groups of friends. In the two bathrooms, you can take a bath while looking at the garden. It is not on a big road, so you can enjoy a peaceful time in Kyoto, surrounded by morning quiet and evening lights. This is a renovated Kyomachi house near Gojo-zaka. A 100-year-old Kyomachi house has been transformed into a guest house where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the good old days. It is a luxurious natural material renovation that uses diatomaceous earth with deodorizing and humidity regulating effects, and unpolluted materials such as hinoki cypress and cedar, with attention to detail in the finish. The whole ceiling is covered with cypress, and the pillars, frames, and baseboards are also made of cypress, creating a space filled with the comfort of real natural materials and the scent of cypress. It is located in the Kiyomizu-dera Temple area, about 6 minutes on foot from Exit 4 of Kiyomizu-Gojō Station on the Keihan Line, near Kiyomizu-dera Temple, one of Kyoto's most famous tourist destinations. Tourist attractions such as Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Ken-in Temple, Yasaka Shrine, Rokubara Hachimangu Shrine, Miyagawa-cho, and Gion are within walking distance.

Reikaku Yasaka was a building in ruins with the floor tilted by at least 30cm when we discovered this hidden jewel. The restoration was particularly difficult due to the state it was in but our craftsman’s determination to bring this Machiya back to its formal glory paid off for Reikaku Yasaka. The result is Japanese craftsmanship at its best and we are very proud to be able to share the result with the rest of the world. Check our other house as an alternate option @ Reikaku Kiyomizu-Gojo

kyoto villa soso (Near Kyoto station)

《May 2019 TV can be watched.》 It is located 15 minutes on foot from Kyoto station. It will be lent to a Kyoto townhouse style building. I put the finest furniture and the finest bed. You can also use wifi. The bath is about the size of two adults and uses Japanese cypress. It will be a very beautiful room just opened in January. Please try and stay at once. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.
