My stay in the apartment was absolutely unique and exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, it was clear that the host Antonio pays great attention to detail – the apartment was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need for both a short and long stay. The location turned out to be perfect – close to the sea as well as to the center and main attractions. A huge advantage was the access to a private sauna and jacuzzi, which made us really relax and feel like in an exclusive spa. It is an ideal place for both a romantic getaway and a peaceful rest after an intense day. The contact with the host Antonio deserves a special mention – a very nice, helpful and professional person who made sure that we felt at home. I can recommend this apartment with a clear conscience to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish and cozy place to relax.

It was a great pleasure to know Fabri, a unique and very special person. Very polite kind generous friendly and great hostess . Wants to do everything to please you and more. Always available goes an extra mile to please you The flat is really in front of the beach and it doesn't end by the door it finishes by the sea, you can feel the nice atmosphere and vibration of the people walking by the beach The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need and Fabri puts a lot of useful things and treats like things to bite, to drink and nice toiletries - loved them! There is a parking space in the back garden that made all the difference. We had a great time in Terra del sud in Giovanazzo. The town is beautiful with a charming historic center and very happy and lovely people it was a great surprise I will never forget! A lot of nice beaches good restaurants and 15 minutes to the airport We felt in love for Giovanazzo and its people! Fabri made us feel at home I hope to come back!

Very nice and spacious apartment. Nagyon közel a tenger, ahol kényelmes nyugágyak vannak. Giovinazzo gyönyörю városka, minden nagyon közel volt. Hihetetlenül kedves emberek lakják, Tommaso is nagyon segítőkész es kedves volt. A transzfer szolgáltatás nagyon hasznos volt. Biztosan visszatérünk még. :) Very nice and spacious apartment. Very close to the sea with comfortable lounge chairs. Giovinazzo is a nice city, everything was very close. Incredibly kind people live there, Tommaso was very helpful and kind. The apartment was very charming and fit well with the historic city center. The terrace was delicious. You can walk into the center and to the sea, but the street itself is quiet. Giovinazzo is a nice place with plenty of restaurants and nice places. We enjoyed. If I have to make another side note, we found the mattresses of the 2 single beds quite hard.

I absolutely loved my stay here!! The location was perfect! Located in the beautiful old town of Giovinazzo. The inside of the apartment was amazing too! Roberta and Raffaele were great to deal with! I would definitely recommend and stay here again!
