Holiday rentals with a patio in Giovinazzo

We started our Apulia adventure in Bari. Paola's wonderful apartment in a central, but very quiet location was perfect for this. The entire house and apartment are very well maintained. Everything is tip top clean! The terrace was shady and very pleasant. We started our two days just around the corner at the vanity café. Many thanks to Paola for the great hospitality and pleasant communication. Paola even received us very late in the evening after our flight was delayed. All in all, our stay was a very good experience that we would gladly recommend!!

We totally enjoyed our stay in Molfetta. The apartment is very beautiful, big and clean as described. Especially the winter garden is amazing. Location in the old town 1 min from the sea/harbour is perfect - everything you need you can reach by walk. Maria as your host is really an angel, always responsive, totally kindful and provides us a lot of tips for trips. Unfortunately due to an family emergency we need to leave earlier and she sent us things we forgot via ups - that’s definitely a 5* service - Hopefully we can come back again - definitely recommended! We had a fantastic stay in Graziano’s flat. The location was ideal for exploring Bari and the surrounding areas given how close it was to the train station. The flat itself is comfortable, with a great balcony and was very quiet. Graziano was a fantastic and helpful host, with great recommendations and ensured we had a lovely stay.

Claudia was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. She welcomed us in the apartment and we felt right at home. The apartment is conveniently located 7 minutes away from the train station, and close to the main square and the old part of town. In addition to the very unique look and feel of the place, the private terrasse was a great spot to enjoy the morning sun. Claudia’s food recommandations were also spot on, we enjoyed every single one that we tried.

Erasmina’s apartment is well appointed with everything you need have a comfortable stay. The roof terrace is a fantastic place to unwind. Very relaxing. The host provides a great environment to take any stress out of this part of travelling. Great communication and you have the impression nothing would be too much trouble. We would re-book this apartment in a heart beat if we were to return to this part of Italy.

Hosts gave us many tips for tours, restaurants, always responding promptly, with great sympathy and politeness. I recommend it to everyone!!!

This home is very conveniently located and walkable to many restaurants. Home was very clean and spacious.

Enza and Riccardo are great hosts, helpful and very friendly! We had a great time with them, the bedding of the accommodation is clean and the yard is beautiful. It is in a quiet place, the beach is on the other side of the road. I'm sure we'll be back here!😊

Mina's accommodation is beautiful. Spacious, beautifully finished. She really paid attention to it. Beautiful bathroom. From the first step, the accommodation has a WOW factor for us. Everything is more beautiful and better than the photos indicate. You do need a car. Then you are wonderfully centrally located in relation to many places such as; Monopoli, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni, the coast. Furthermore, Mina is friendly, hospitable and always responds quickly. 1 small downside; there are some dogs in the area. They did keep us awake for 1 night. But the other 10 nights we slept wonderfully We can certainly recommend this accommodation. In any case, we'd love to come back.

Gabriele, Giovanni and their sister were extremely generous and hospitable hosts. Very friendly and kind. Very warm welcome with a nice tour of the house and surroundings, explaining how everything worked. They really did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house itself is very nice. Properly equipped kitchen. Spacious bedroom with a soft bed. Beautiful surroundings around the house and from the outside terrace, where it’s nice to have a coffee or breakfast, there is a nice view of the sea. Pool area great, with lounge chairs and a nice sitting area. Paolo has lots of good local recommendations for beaches and what to visit. At the house, There are also umbrellas available to take to the beach, which is a nice touch because it allows you to go to the free beaches. Overall highly recommend! A great base to explore valle d’itria!

Luidgi and Frédérica are very responsive, helpful and caring hosts (small confectioneries for breakfast...) The accommodation is as described, very comfortable, true to the photos and particularly well located in a quiet and pleasant area. The proximity to the airport, train station and sea offers a prime location for visiting the area. Recommended without hesitation.

Allison goes above and beyond. Fully stocked kitchen with fresh eggs ,fruit and wine.Anna brought us fresh pastries every morning, removed trash and changed and refreshed our bedrooms and bathrooms . The King beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable and the exterior has every amenity. Every detail has been thought through. Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed vacation home.

Thank you Donato for a wonderful stay. It was a lovely villa which was well equipped and was perfect for travelling with a baby. A special thank you for the cot setup and changing table/ baby bath - this was especially helpful. The outside kitchen area is fantastic for leisurely meals with nice secure gardens. We would highly recommend to others!

Clean and tidy accommodation. Quiet parking space, a beautiful garden with fruit trees. Conversano is in an extraordinary position to visit several places a few kilometers away such as Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Alberobello, the Castellana caves, Bari and Conversano itself. We recommend it.

Great accommodation located directly by the water. Plenty of space overall, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and two beautifully renovated bathrooms. A big plus is the option to use the washing machine. There’s a great terrace with a grill and comfortable loungers for sunbathing. The bus provides good connections to Bari city center and nearby towns, while the center of Torre a Mare with its restaurants and ice cream shops is within easy walking distance. Highly recommended overall.

Teresa’s place was great and had such wonderful character. It was a a great location in old town near everything in Bari. Such a cool place and Teresa was a wonderful host. Would absolutely recommend. The rooftop terrace was incredible!

Quick trip. Perfect stay. Luca was cool guy, met me and gave me overview of apartment. Also local recommendations for food, gym, etc. The bed was comfy. AC cold. I was able to make some food in the kitchen. Although there is restaurant all outside, the apartment is in the best location for Bari. Highly recommend to travelers.

Piermario and Antonio are exceptional hosts. We had a very good welcome with the presentation of the accommodation which is wonderfully equipped, everything was planned to feel like home. Small culinary attentions awaited us, two bicycles that we used almost every day to go to the covered market or to the train station to take the train, or to go to the beach, without forgetting the small inner courtyard, a real little gem. They thought of everything, including the barbecue. You don't want to leave once you're there. The geographical location is ideal with transport nearby and shops, restaurants etc... They are very responsive as soon as a small problem arises. We only have one desire, and that is to go back. Thank you for allowing us to have a good stay. Brigitte and Victor

House Sasanelli was a very good-valued place, spacious, nice balcony, and a great location in the area of Murat.

Beautiful accommodation!! We almost regret having spent only one night there. Rosa is a very welcoming host with whom communication is perfect. Private parking is a plus. Recommended!

Hi have stayed in a large number ofAirbnb’s and Clyde is one of the best hosts I have ever had. His response time was very quick. He was so helpful and gave us great recommendations. The 3 day itinerary that was left for us was the best I’ve ever had. There was so much useful information on the card he left us. A lot of hosts could learn from him and how he manages his property. The apartment was very modern stylish and very well equipped. He has an attention to details that is rare. I honestly can’t recommend him and his apartment high enough. Plus we really missed Alexa when we left. If you don’t understand what I mean by this you will just have to book a stay at his apartment to find out. Thank you Clyde you are a superstar. The accommodation was great, clean and cultured. We reached and found everything very easily. The negative thing is that the water storage tank (we think it was) was loud at night and could be disturbing when sleeping. We regretted this, but otherwise it is perfect. We will recommend it.
