Quiet and beautiful with lovely views (parking)

Nice and cozy apartment with free outdoor parking included. The house is newly renovated and in perfect condition. All rooms are outdoors, so a lot of natural light comes in. It is located in a slightly higher area of the city which makes the tranquility and silence of the countryside breathe (it is surrounded by green areas and trees), but at the same time it is a 3-minute walk from the center of the neighborhoods.
