We have an outdoor space for barbecues, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, several areas for eating and relaxing, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and an indoor patio where you can shelter from the Tramuntana. All set for a good stay without leaving home.

The one-story house is accessible, spacious and very bright and from every room you can see the fields or the forest. The birds are listening. Two large windows connect the house to the outside, where the porch invites you to enjoy the landscape. The decoration is minimalist and they dominate the clear tones and the wood. We are in the heart of Les Guilleries, at 950 m altitude in a "Protected Natural Space". It's a great place to rest and do activities. It is a restored farmhouse, with cozy, updated spaces and a rustic air. The environment allows you to isolate yourself from the world, (9 km of forest track in good condition). The nearest urban center is 18 km away, but it is also close to interesting places to visit (historical, cultural, gastronomic...). The meadow is an extension of the apartment.

Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the renovation has resulted in an apartment attached to a swimming pool and an attached two-story house. The house and garden complex, plus the surrounding forest, could be defined as a combination of medieval civil architecture, updated with modern materials and design details.
