Stephane and Sylvie were amazing hosts. They gave us great local recommendations, organised a personal winery tour for us and booked in a massage. The location is beautiful, peaceful setting and the pool was fantastic. We booked to have breakfast one morning - it was stunning. Beautiful presentation and lovely food. We highly recommend staying here - truley relaxing.

Beautiful setting, peaceful and quiet. Great base to explore the area, but you'll need a car! Rauzan 5 minutes down the road has everything you'll need, bakery, butchers, groceries and pizza restaurant! A great place to relax, would recommend to anyone.

I would recommend this place and pleasant hospitality. Valerie was responsive to my requests. We had a very nice week with my wife and child.

A small stopover from Andalusia to Germany, very close to the highway, you can park safely in the yard, and you hear nothing...... unfortunately the fig trees were not ripe yet.. The hosts asked what time we would arrive, and were so kind as to turn on the air conditioning. Since we arrived late, we did not see the host, but when we left, and asked us if everything was okay, in any case we would stay there again

Lovely hosts in a lovely part of the world. If you are looking for peace and quiet - WOW. The experience of the vineyards is only interrupted by frogs and the occasional windy day.

Great beautiful house, very clean and very cozy furnished. For us, the 2 nd time we were there. Very nice, wonderful to relax. Delicious outdoor space where you can eat and enjoy the jacuzzi. Very friendly owners. We will definitely go back. Enjoy.

A charming cottage very close to st emilion town and very close to the station. Sophie was very kind to pick us up and really helpful with suggestions on good restaurants and places to visit. She was very responsive to every request. We really enjoyed our time there. Thanks for being a great host Sophie. I highly recommend this place.

Family reunions in this large cottage for 12 people. It offers very good value for money because it is very well arranged, very clean and quiet in a very beautiful garden on the ground floor. The owners are on the other side of the cottage, discreet but also know how to help when we ask them. Very good welcome and welcome gifts very appreciated. We took advantage of Bazas (10 min), La Réole (25 min) and Lake Clarens (25 min) for swimming with the children. We strongly recommend this cottage.

Great recommendations for Chateau's, Restaurants and things to do. We had 8 nights and could have easily had 8 more and still not seen a fraction of what the area has to offer. This is a really lovely cottage in amongst the vines, and a wonderful pool, terrace, bbq... It was extremely hot for the first few days (over 38 degrees) and although the cottage wasn't air-conditioned, it was cool and there were plenty of fans. Emma was extremely helpful and suggested lots of local restaurants and activities which were all great. The cottage was well supplied with everything we needed - good for cooking, and I read from (and donated to) the great little library of books provided. The unexpected bonus was that her TV could access UK BBC live and we watched a LOT of the Olympics with UK commentary! Such a lovely holiday, thank you.

We were met by his beautiful dogs on arrival making us feeling immediately welcome, followed by Gideon who welcomed us like we were part of the family. Gideon and his wife couldn’t have done enough, always being around for a chat, or just for a quick wave and smile. This truly is the most peaceful and beautiful setting to escape the reality of city life. The house its self was beautiful with vaulted ceilings and exposed original brick, they have got the perfect balance of rustics and contemporary. We couldn’t fault a thing and whoever gets to stay here next, is sure to love it just as much as we did!

Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. We used the bikes to ride to the village where there were amenities, including a grocery store. Branne is close by with more restaurants, and amenities. Easy to reach wine tasting options. Hanging out by the pool is also good with amazing views and a bbq.

A fantastic getaway. The accommodation was very clean, well decorated and set in a beautiful location. Victoria and Rob were great hosts and made us feel very welcome going above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful stay in a rural Bordeaux setting.

We had a fantastic family vacation and enjoyed the absolutely beautiful home, views and great amenities. The children especially enjoyed the swimming pool while the adults enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful views. We had everything we needed and the house was spacious and perfectly clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

WOW!! Just returned from a week at James & Eileen’s villa in Bourg to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary . There were 14 of us- 9 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 children. All info provided prior to arrival by the hosts and the house mgt team (James, Lisa and Joe) was 5*! The check in/out & on hand support during our stay was absolutely flawless . This villa is stunning - more impressive than the photos! Bourg is a beautiful rural village and the villa was extremely spacious - perfect for family gatherings, beautifully decorated and felt sumptuous. Ambiance laid on for ourarrival& amenities for guests are unlike other private villas on offer for a party of our size .Felt immediately like a home from home.Pool was immaculate, all bedrooms beautifully furnished and living/lounge/cooking areas were of such a high standard. Villa in a superb location for exploring the vineyards. Recommend renting bikes to explore, enjoy BBQs at the villa, markets&citadel in Blaye. BOOK

I can’t say enough about Marie and Gilles, the owners who live next door, who were kind and incredibly helpful during our one-month stay. They are the best! The house is beautiful and comfortable. The gardens are lovely, with trees, flowers and lawn, and beyond the property are rolling hills of vines. The kitchen is well-equipped, the wi-fi is great, and everything was perfectly clean. This is a jewel, and I highly recommend!

Emma's place is stunning and our group had an amazing stay there! We were a group of 7 adults and 3 children and we had everything we could have wanted and needed at Emma's place. The kitchen is well-equipped and the garden is wonderful for outside dining and for the children to roam around. We really didn't want to leave! Emma was so kind to help us with our constant questions - she is the perfect host. Thank you for having us, Emma!

Wow! Just wow!!! A totally amazing place, so peaceful, surrounded by vineyards and quiet French lanes. We holidayed as two families, with teenagers (11-15 ages) loads to do at Maison Bellair, games for the garden, and inside. The pool was just perfect for chilling off after local cycle rides. The house is beautiful throughout, loads of extra details which made our stay easy and stress free. The beds were super comfy and the bedrooms stayed cool, even without AC. The outdoor kitchen and dining area was just perfect for our families to cook and eat together. Cécile was an amazing host, very quick to respond but left us to enjoy our holiday. The near by town has a great selection of Supermarkets, and shops. We went by train to explore Bordeaux from Sainte-Foy-la-Grande, which was easy. We also parked in the train station of Bergerac for free to wonder about the old town there. We loved Castle Duras, with its night market and castle luminations it was truly magical Thank you Cécile
