Waterfront holiday rentals in Giske Municipality

We realy enjoyed our stay at Mariannes place. It was spacious, clean and right across the sea. Alnes is a great place to spend a couple days of of you like hiking, and the trail that goes to the top of the mountain is realy close to the house. We would definitely come back again.

Fantastic experience! The apartment was super cozy , clean , equipped with every service. 10 min walk from downtown and 2 min from the supermarket. Quiet area with a park that gives a very evocative top view. Thank you Arnstein for hosting.

Monica and Ivar are great hosts. they are very welcoming and helpful. The stay is very nice and cozy and with all the amenities. There is a bus stand just right outside the house and it takes only 15 minutes to go to Alesund central. The view from the house is also a bonus.

This was our 2nd stay at the apartment and it was every bit as good as last time. It was very comfortable and well equipped, in a good location with an amazing view. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Alesund a 3rd time.

VERY HYGGE The little house was so cosy and well appointed with extra amenities and attention to detail. The hosts - a sweet young family who live upstairs are very welcoming and helpful. The location really is perfect. Island hopping to spectacular nature reserves and landmarks and easy to visit art nouveau Ålesund which is possibly the prettiest little town in Norway. We drove to the Atlantic Ocean road and hiked Briksdalsbreen glacier. Both just a few hours driving. Thank you Stine and Jon And family for a very special few days in Vestland. We would love to visit again one day.

Communication with Synnøve was very good, she let us in earlier! The clean and very cozy house. If you are going with suitcases note that Google Maps will take you up very steep stairs, look for an alternative! For everything else great!

Beautiful right on the Fjord, the cruise ships literally sail past the deck. Loads of space and Anders very friendly

Thor-Øistein has a perfect family home located close to school and kindergarden. There are great views from the living room. He always responds quickly, and is a serious and good host.

The property is at a stunning location and has beautiful view. The property is excellent and well maintained. The host Ina was amazing and provided all the information clearly and was very helpful before and during the stay. Absolutely beautiful setting. Right on the water. The home is stunningly designed and perfectly functional. Mari is an exceptionally communicative and helpful host. We did a two-week family vacation here with five people and it was perfect. 10 minutes from the airport in Vigra. And 10 minutes from downtown Alesund with great shopping and restaurants. Tons of great hiking and cruise experiences in the area. It’s a two hour drive (or cruise) from Geiranger Fjord, which is a must. I highly recommend staying at this place!

We had a great stay at Silje’s place. She and her husband were great hosts. Very considerate and friendly. The house itself is in a stunning location with everything you need to feel right at home.

We’ve been booking airbnbs since the past 5 years but nothing compares to the warm welcome we felt at Vicky’s place! Beautiful spacious apartment perfect for 6 people. Great location, very well equipped with all the amenities. It was true to the pictures and very spacious. Felt very homely and the hosts were super warm, helpful and responsive. Perfect to reach cities like Alesund and just 9 mins away from the airport! All in all, book this place it’s perfect!

Apartment was great. Exactly like the photos. Very homely and clean. Loved the little touches in the kitchen with the artisan condiments , fresh flowers and welcome snack basket. Andre was very responsive and no issue of accessing the apartment.

Super convenient location. Great deal with two big bedrooms and a nice balcony. We recommend bringing your own toiletries (shower soap, laundry detergent). Place is carpeted (white carpets) which is good to note for little kids. Perfect for adults. Overall amazing host and great stay!
