A 10-minute walk from the London Waterloo–Exeter train line and close to the A30, it offers access to Exeter, Sidmouth, the Jurassic Coast, and nearby countryside walks.

Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns.

Located on our working farm, you will be secluded in the comfort of the pod, looking out at views of the East Devon countryside. We are situated perfectly within walking distance of the South West Coast path to explore the picturesque coast on foot.

It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.
