My name is Papiriana, in the ancient medieval village of Fosdinovo in Upper Tuscany on the Ligurian border, a stone's throw from the famous "Castello Malaspina". I have 2 bedrooms ( 1 double bed and 2 single beds) , 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room with sofa bed and a large pellet stove. From my terrace you will admire the beautiful Magra valley and the sea. I am halfway ( 14 km) from the beaches of Marinella di Sarzana and the Apuan Alps (Cecina field 1300 meters). La casa è in pietra e completamente ristrutturata. Tutti i mobili ed accessori sono nuovi. La casa è su tre livelli con scale interne:1 (ingresso, soggiorno con divano letto, cinema per vedere la tv, bagno, piccola terrazza)- 2:( camera da letto, bagno); 3: ( cucina, terrazza con gazebo, piscina) ;4: giardino privato. La casa ha climatizzatori in ogni stanza. Casa Green. Si accede a piedi tramite viottolo del paese dai 3 parcheggi gratuiti che distano a circa 1 , 2 minuti a piedi.

Cà Chiavarotto in olive trees

"Chiavarotto" was my great-grandfather and he lived until the 80s in this farmhouse, built in 1896 by my grandfather. My father renovated it while maintaining its characteristics. It has a stone facade, beamed ceilings and original mezzanines, terracotta floors, and is largely furnished with furniture from my grandparents. The farmhouse is located in the open countryside, surrounded by olive trees and green nestled on over a hectare of land owned.

Terra D 'incanto, is located in Fosdinovo in Lunigiana, on a hill overlooking the sea, inside a wonderful forest and magnificent olive groves. To reach us you will have to walk 600 meters of dirt road that can be easily reached with all the means. The property is equipped with furnished pool, panoramic terrace. We also have some services on reservation and paid hot outdoor hot tub, gym, massages or in our à la carte bar and restaurant service.
