Beachfront holiday rental in Giulianova

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Siamo stati benissimo casa molto carina e spaziosa ben collegata sia dal centro che dalla spiaggia.. la signora paola molto carina e disponibile nel accontentarci ad ogni richiesta.. ci ritorneremo

Ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, sehr netter Empfang, Betreuung während dem Aufenthalt und Verabschiedung. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, grosszügige Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf das sehr nahe Meer. Wir haben uns fast wie zu Hause gefühlt und vermissen es bereits am Morgen oder Nachmittag auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und das Meer rauschen zu hören.

Soggiornato nell'appartamento di Simona durante la prima settimana di settembre. Famiglia composta da 2 adulti e 2 bambini di 7 e 10 anni. Simona host precisa, gentile e molto disponibile. Casa impeccabile in tutto, sia negli accessori della cucina tra cui bilancia, forbice ecc, che negli elettrodomestici forniti: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, forno a microonde, aspirapolvere folletto. L'appartamento dispone di un ampio parcheggio riservato e si trova direttamente sul mare/spiaggia libera attraversando il cancelletto dello stabile. La presenza della pista ciclabile/pedonale permette di muoversi liberamente e in sicurezza. Negozi, supermercati eurospin/conad, panettiere, farmacia, ristoranti tutti a portata di mano (500m, 700m). Casa e host consigliatissima! Soggiorno nel totale relax!

Appartamento piccolo e stupendo, provvisto di tutto il necessario. Pulitissmimo e attrezzato per ogni eventualità. A due passi dal mare, dal centro, da tutto. Arredamento splendido. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij Alessandro in Pescara. Aardige host, behulpzaam netjes en vriendelijk. De ligging is perfect, tegenover het strand en een paar minuten fietsen naar het centrum. Wij zouden graag een keertje terugkomen.

It was very useful to have some little things at home that you can't find on a plane, also because you don't want to spend money for a few days. You were very kind and helpful! The location of your house is magical, you feel like in a real Italy, with great cafes and beautiful houses. I give you an 11 out of 10 :) We will definitely come back for a beautiful BBQ next year. In vacanza nel giugno 2024 negli appartamenti di Mikaela. Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione: probabilmente non esiste spiaggia migliore di Tortoretto. L'appartamento è luminoso, non caldo e dotato di tutto il necessario. Mikaela, grazie per la bella vacanza!

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso ed eravamo già colpiti dalle foto per la bellezza degli ambienti ma nella realtà erano ancora più accoglienti e confortevoli. Andrea è stato un Host davvero fantastico, al nostro arrivo siamo arrivati e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso compreso vari consigli utili su posti locali. La struttura si è presentata davvero confortevole e ancora più bella rispetto alle foto, tutto completamente ristrutturato e avere il plus di avere colazione e struttura balneare incluso sicuramente rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Oltre a questi grandi punti di forza è la centralità dell’appartamento davvero comodo a tutto, il supermarket è a 2 minuti, parcheggio gratuito a massimo 5 minuti, in 10 minuti si è in spiaggia e in 5 in centro paese. Una soluzione davvero fantastica. Consigliatissimo

Unser Aufenthalt bei Alessandro war einfach wundervoll. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen – Alessandro ist ein unglaublich freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er hat uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt, alles genau erklärt und war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Man merkt sofort: Hier ist jemand mit Herz und Engagement dabei. Die Unterkunft selbst war ein absoluter Traum. Es handelt sich um eine großzügige Dachgeschosswohnung, die bequem mit dem Aufzug erreichbar ist – sehr komfortabel. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war der traumhafte Ausblick, den man über einen sehr großzügigen Balkon genießen konnte. Sono stata in vacanza una settima insieme ad un'amica. Ci siamo trovate benissimo, l'appartamento molto bello, luminoso e pulito, ci siamo sentite a casa! Mara è stata super gentile e sempre disponibile, ci è venuta incontro per quanto riguarda i vari orari di check-in e check-out e ci ha consigliato cosa vedere e visitare nella zona e in che ristoranti andare. Consigliatissimo e sicuramente è un posto in cui vale la pena ritornare!!!

Ottimo soggiorno, ottimo l'alloggio e ottimo l'host. Alloggio super accessoriato, pulito e confortevole. L'host sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa, molto cordiale e gentile, con modi affabili. Luogo vicino alla spiaggia, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti, e vicino a più supermercati. Molto consigliato.

Delizioso appartamento molto curato con tutti i comfort , con un patio esterno molto carino . L’Host Monica è una persona squisita reattiva e disponibile alle esigenze di chi soggiorna Giulianova una bellissima cittadina !!!

Güzel bir banyosu ve büyük bir balkonu var.Evin konumu çok iyi ,sahilde ve şehir merkezine 3km yakınlıkta. Ama merkeze hiç ihtiyaç duymadık. Eve 1 km mesafede süpermarket var. Etrafta 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde Dondurmacilar,pizzacilar ve kahve icebileceginiz güzel mekanlar var. İtalya nin muhteşem doğasına hayran kaldık.Tekrar gelmeyi diliyoruz

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane in questo appartamento Posso solo dire che il livello di ospitalità è davvero raro! In casa c'è tutto l essenziale. In più Valter e Daniela ti offrono tutto ciò che può servire per un ottima colazione ed un meraviglioso pane proveniente dall'Aquila. Un altro servizio che ho davvero apprezzato oltre all'ombrellone in spiaggia,sono le biciclette,di cui una con seggiolino. Zona splendida! Grazie ancora Giulia

The host is really helpful, kind, friendly and very nice. Ready to help us out anytime with anything we request. The place is just 5 mins walk to the beach and very close to the train station. If you don’t mind about hearing train this is the place for you to stay. Restaurants and supermarket close by. I recommend the place and the host very much.
