Holiday rentals with a patio in Giv'atayim

A true gem! Everyone who knows Tel Aviv will tell you: this city is loud and vibrant. To find an apartment that's so central, yet absolutely quiet, is truly remarkable. At the same time the apartment has such a stunning aesthetic - it looks straight out of a design leaflet. Impeccable furniture, cozy and functional, while enhancing the vibe of the landmark architecture. The whole apartment was well equipped, especially the kitchen, and we were surprised to find even more than just the basics as a welcome upon our arrival. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. An impeccable experience!

Asi and Tomer were wonderful hosts, they are friendly, communicative & quick to respond. My husband & I were there for 3 weeks visiting our children in yad Eliyahu so we didn't spend much time at the apt but when there we had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. The neighborhood is lovely, there's a market down the st open 7 days until 12am which was great for us. There is a safe room, which is definitely a plus. We will definitely stay here again and recommend you do too.

Very nice home, clean and well kept. Very nice to have 2 bathrooms and a balcony. It's a perfect "room mate" floor plan. Quiet building, and on a nice residential street, but walkable to good coffee and restaurants. Maya was very easy to work with and quick to respond the few times I had questions.

The location was excellent. The way the host described the apartment's picture was accurate. It is accessible to everyone, including the beach, situated in a peaceful neighborhood, and the apartment itself is commendable. I had a wonderful stay.

The place borders on a wonderful city park with space to relax, exercise and even has a dog park. About 15 min walk to the beach and most places. Loved the roof space which we used for a bit of work.

Great location.. short walk to many cool restaurants, bars, mini-markets, salons, (and a little further to: beach, downtown TA). Nice interior space design, comfortable bed, good balcony.

The flat is clean, quite spacious, a lot of household appliances, everything works. 12 minutes by foot to Tel-Aviv Hahagana train station. Nice restaurant בוסי בתקווה and 24/7 supermarket nearby. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

The place is in a Wonderful location close to everything, beach, restaurants, cafes, markets, shops, a very cozy place, completely renovated apartment, good decoration, lovely Valcony, excellent communication with the hosts, I would love to stay here again next time, thanks Guys for everything ❤️

The house is beautiful and in a great location . I wouldn’t say the sea view is fantastic - but you do see the sea . We loved the space, the design, the modernness and comfort of the living room. Kitchen was very functional. Master bed was Very comfortable but the 2 other queen beds were very hard. Marc is easy to reach and immediately responded to any issues or needs Great space for a large group and excellent location with short walks to the beach , Jaffa and many amazing restaurants. Air conditioner worked wonderfully as we had a hot and humid week and needed to come back and rest during the heat of the day. Overall an amazing stay !!

Amazing Home Perfect for Family Getaways! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house! The charming patio, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious living area was ideal for our family. The property is nestled in a quit neighborhood, yet just a 25-minute walk to the beach and city center—perfect balance for relaxation and exploration. The layout was ideal for our family: two cozy bedrooms in the main house and an additional bedroom in the small private guesthouse in the patio. It felt like having our own little retreat! The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel like cherished friends rather than guests. This is the perfect spot for families with kids—plenty of space, privacy, and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! 🏡💙

It was a small paradise in the bustle of Tel Aviv. We enjoyed staying here very much and the animals were a bonus! Yigal was the perfect host and did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable.

What a gem of an apartment. Nestled on a quiet side street, close to all the lovely restaurants and cafes of Dizengoff and a short stroll to the wonderfully vibrant Gordon beach - this apartment could not be better. It’s squeaky clean, has all the mod cons (including a steamer!) that make staying here feel like a home away from home. Vanesa is an amazing host, so helpful and friendly. I will 100% be staying here again when I come back to Tel Aviv

Place is great location, half block from beach. Attached to a cool coffee bar and one of the more popular restaurants in town. Host was quick to answer any issues and even sent ice cream! Parking was cool, it comes up in an automated system. Would def stay here again!

First of all I want to say thank you to Natailie for hosting me in her beautiful home. It was so pleasant and accommodating for what I needed it has a full kitchen washer and bathroom. The place looks exactly like the pictures posted! I couldn’t be more happier with the location and how quickly she responded to me whenever I had questions. I definitely will be staying here again the next time I visit family in Israel! Thank you again Natailie you are the best.

The experience was amazing. First Daniel gave all the relevant information and even beyond that, offered himself useful things for us. The building is clean and taken care of, the apartment itself is perfectly furnished, everything was neat, everything was cozy and welcoming. We just didn't want to leave!! Highly recommend!
