Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Giv'atayim

This lovely apartment is smartly appointed, with a well-equipped kitchen, and modern appliances including a wahser and dryer. The location is a surprisingly quiet neighborhood in central Tel Aviv. Just down the block are single family homes, something I thought no longer existed in TLV. The location is 10 minutes from the central train station and from the Tel Aviv Art Museum/Opera complex. (Highly recommend the restaurant Pastel in the complex). A 20-minute walk to Gordon Beach, past TLV City Hall. We took advantage of the proximity to the train station for day trips to Jerusalem and Rehovot. Hadas and Karen are gracious hosts, and were very responsive to our questions. It is worth noting that the apartment has a "protected safe room" (mamad) shared with the other apartments on the floor, immediately outside the door. Although modern building requirements in TLV mandate a mamad, it's estimated that 40% of the people living in TLV do not have one. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in a very nice, clean, modern apartment in a great location. David was very accommodating and communicative. Would happily come back.

The apartment is really beautiful, and the location is great. We didn't have any problem finding parking place but keep in mind that parking is with Pango (payment with Pango is required from 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM on weekdays and is free at night and on weekends. Also, after 5:00 PM and on weekends, parking on the apartment's side of the street is only for locals, so after 5:00 PM you should park on the shopping center's side of the street. We loved the apartment and the cafes across the street, and we will definitely come back next time we are in Israel.

I stayed at the place for a week coming for a business trip. The studio was exactly what I needed. Surprisingly quiet for such a central location being on a side street and facing back. Ofer and Juniper were helpful, friendly, and responsive. Price was reasonable. Will come back for future business trips

נהנו מאד מהשהות שלנו בבית של קרן. היחידה היא גדולה ומרווחת. רוב הזמן היינו שם זוג וזה היה מושלם. גם כשאחד הילדים בא לישון איתנו זה היה סבבה, אבל אין ממש פרטיות. קרן הייתה סופר רספונסיבית ונחמדה. סופר מארחת! נשמח לחזור לבית של קרן שוב ונמליץ לחברינו.

The hosts were incredibly friendly. They made me feel comfortable and at home. I appreciated the recommendations of nearby restaurants and their fast response time. Definitely plan on staying with them when I visit again

Великолепные апартаменты. 2 полноценнвх спальни, каждая со своей ванной комнатой, вся необходимая бытовая техника. Хорошо работпющие кондиционеры (даже на +25 комфортно охлаждали всю квартиру). Кухня - мечта. Все, что нужно было в наличии. Очень комфортно и уютно. Если еще придется приехать в Тель-Авив, буду знать, где останавливаться! Огромное спасибо хозяевам!

This place is amazing and with a great location! Right in the heart of Neve Tzedek. Martin was a great host! Always responsive to our needs and very friendly. We really enjoyed our time here! Everything was just perfect.

What a gem of an apartment. Nestled on a quiet side street, close to all the lovely restaurants and cafes of Dizengoff and a short stroll to the wonderfully vibrant Gordon beach - this apartment could not be better. It’s squeaky clean, has all the mod cons (including a steamer!) that make staying here feel like a home away from home. Vanesa is an amazing host, so helpful and friendly. I will 100% be staying here again when I come back to Tel Aviv

We had a really great time staying at Ariel's place together with our two little kids (3 and 5)! The area is amazing for families, with multiple playgrounds and lots of public transport options to get to the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious, and Ariel was a great host, and provided us with everything we needed. If you're planning a summer visit to TLV with your family, look no further!

היה תענוג להתארח אצל דן. דירה מקסימה עם כל מה שצריך לחופשה בלי דאגות. דן היה זמין כל הזמן, ענה במהירות לכל השאלות ואפילו יצר קשר בעצמו כדי להסביר לנו דברים על הדירה ולדאוג שיהיה לנו הכי נוח ושנרגיש בבית. בנוסף, דן היה מאוד גמיש ואיפשר לנו להישאר שעות נוספות בדירה ביום האחרון ללא שום תשלום נוסף בעקבות דחיית הטיסה. סך הכל, חוויה מאוד חיובית. ממליצה בחום!

We loved Shulamit’s apartment and we would stay there every time we come to Israel for sure. It’s walking distance to so many places. Loads of coffee, shops, and some of the most beautiful streets of Tel Aviv. The apartment has a parking space which is wonderful. Shulamit was very responsive to all my questions and the Apt.. felt cozy and welcoming to return to. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location!! In the heart of Tel Aviv - everything literally right outside your door - coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, the best gelato/ice cream, clothing shops and so much more. Amir’s apartment is very spacious and comfortable. He has all the amenities you could possibly need. And, his response time to any question you may have is very fast! I highly recommend Amir’s place!

Very cosy and roomy apartment. Having a terrace is great. There is a high end coffee machine with a steam foamer and coffee pods. Uri even left fresh milk, beers and soda in the fridge. I would gladly stay again during a future visit.
