Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

With the train station less than 50metres away from our home, St. Cergue is a fabulous location for walking, cycling, skiing or simply relaxing whilst surrounded by breathtaking views and fresh scented mountain/forest air. With Nyon 12mins and Geneva 30mins away by car, the location is superb. The flat is new and commands a position on the top floor thus guaranteeing the breathtaking views over lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. Very nice 50 m2 2-room ground floor with terrace, bright refurbished, located on Boulevard de la Corniche, 15-min walk to the Thermal Baths or the city center and 20 minutes to the port of Thonon. The apartment consists of a bedroom-suite with 160 cm double bed, dressing room, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, hairdryer, separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a comfortable dining area. The living room gives access to the terrace.

Le Studio du Lac is located on the Domaine de Belle-ferme. Independent entrance, the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a majestic 19th century building. The studio has a bathroom, an arranged kitchen, a warm seating area with its pellet stove as well as a beautiful space for your meals. For sunny days you can enjoy the private balcony. the apartment offers you a magnificent view of Lake Geneva as well as the Alps. Ability to visit the estate.

Spot wild dear, go skiing, hiking, take our snowshoes on an adventure, or simply come and relax in our wood powered hot-tub. The chalet is cozy and modern, open plan with a nice fire to sit by. It's ideal for 2, but 4 people can also fit. With 2 outside terraces you can have breakfast and dinner in the sun.
