There are 350 m to the nearest bathing area, and 1.5 km to the collection point for shuttle boats to, among other places, Himmelbjerget. Many beautiful hiking and biking trails in the nature around Sejs. Within walking distance there is a supermarket with a bakery, butcher, pizzeria, etc. Bedroom 1 has board games and infrared sauna. The kitchen opens to a large living room with a wood-burning stove. Sunny garden and terrace overlooking the lake and forest. There are outdoor games and a trampoline.
