Family-friendly holiday rentals in Gjirokastër County

The location is close to the beach, the promenade and attractions for children. The flat had everything you need to have a good holiday. The only downside was that the internet was quite weak, often disconnected. But the internet is not the most important thing on holiday. I recommend and we will still return there next year.

The landlord great! Always responded quickly and helpful with everything. Nice and fresh apartment with a nice view. Difficult with parking if you do not want to pay 12 euros per day. The only downside was that it cost 7 euros / person to swim in the pool, 5 euros down by the sea.

Would definitely rebook here when possible. This is a great location overall and the host was super accommodating and responsive. The villa was very nice, spacious and perfectly situated in the road to Ksamil. Front row seats to the beautiful Ionian sea and Corfu island. 5 stars!

Very welcoming hosts. Their son Kladji, not present, speaks French and informed us perfectly to prepare for our arrival. Violetta offered us coffee every morning and Miro raki. Accommodation with 2 beds in the living room and 2 in the bedroom (only air-conditioned but it was enough to diffuse fresh air), bathroom and equipped kitchen. Mosquito nets and shutters. Beautifully flowered house with a beautiful lawn amid the centuries-old olive trees of Borsh, 700 m from the beach (15 min walk) and the village (and 1 hour from the citadel). Very quiet, just the sound of the bells of the herds in the maquis! With a nice dog Nino (who followed me in the bush when I went to the village: a neighbor called Violetta to have her husband come and get him!) and 1 cat. We had dinner the night before in Borsh's beautiful restaurant on landscaped waterfalls. Ideally located near the most beautiful beaches and villages of the Riviera (Qeparo, Pilur, Himarë...).

Lovely apartment. Great sea vidw from both rooms and balcony. Close to everything but quiet Well equiped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Very recomanded!

Our stay here was wonderful! The house is located in a quiet, non-touristy area, yet still within walking distance to the city center. There are plenty of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The view from the balcony is amazing! Having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious open kitchen was very convenient. The hosts were incredibly helpful and understanding. Although the Wi-Fi occasionally didn’t work, they were quick to respond and did their best to resolve the issue. As a kind gesture, they even offered us delicious homemade byrek and orange jam. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a calm, safe area to stay in Sarandë with lovely hosts!

Highly recommended!!! The apartment is very clean, spacious, cozy.🏠 The terrace is wonderful and has very nice views of the sea. Igli and his wife are very friendly and helpful.

Our days in Saranda with Eva in the apartment were great! Eva's dad welcomed us and showed us everything with the garage (great, as the car was nice and cool), the elevator and the apartment. Eva and her dad were always super quick and helpful to respond to questions. On the huge balcony we had a great view of Saranda, Corfu and the sea. Enjoyed the evenings very much. Although it is quite far to the public beach (15-20 min walk), there is the Ulah just a few meters under the apartment complex. A restaurant where you can also spend your time on loungers by the sea and go into the water. Other restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc. are also within walking distance. Note about Saranda: the roads can be very narrow and steep. We would definitely come back to Eva.

Apartments was amazing! We really liked see view from balcony. Also location is very comfortable, all restaraunts are near. See line very beautiful, we have walked there every evening. Apartments is light and spacious. So, we really really liked to stay there, all was wonderfull. Thank you very much!

Super spacious, fresh, new and very clean apartment! Great central location and easy access to everywhere such as the beaches, restaurants and downtown! The apartment has everything one needs during their stay and the area is very safe and neat! The apartment is even much nicer than the pictures and of course I can't forget to mention that the owner Maria was such a friendly and helpful person, as well as reliable, flexible and welcoming 🤗 Thank you for making our 10 days trip to Saranda greater than expected ❤️

Fantastic apartment in a great location amongst bars and restaurants. Host was super helpful and responsive to any queries about Sarande. Highly recommend staying here. Views and sunsets are sublime.

Apartment as described. Super convenient for access to beach and pools (for a fee which surprised us). A longer walk to center of town than expected but still easily walkable. Very safe. Overall great place to stay.

Spacious and amazing balcony views. Well equipped apartment. Slightly dated but very comfortable. The resort and attached hotel is lovely. There is an additional charge to use the pool or beach access. Great communication with host. We had a little struggle with getting in the lock was a bit tricky but host resolved very quickly and was not a problem once we figured it out! Lots of shops, restaurants etc very close by. On main strip and you can get local buses to Butrint and Ksamil. Host shared lots of tips and hints. The views were amazing. I would rebook without hesitation.

We spent very good time in Saranda. The apartment is very well located, around there are a lot of restaurants,  bars, supermarkets and beaches. Elgert  is a very attentive host, always available and solved all our requests. The apartment is big and clean, everything is functioning very well (air conditioning,  shower, Wi-Fi), although the kitchen utensils are scarce. If you plan to use kitchen and cook at home it can be challenging. Alternatively,  as mentioned, there are plenty of places to eat at walking distance.
