Beautiful, cozy two-room apartment with sea view with terrace. There is housing in a prestigious area near the central promenade. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, butcher shops and supermarkets nearby. Within walking distance is a central market with abundance of local fruits, vegetables and seafood. The house was built in 2018. Premium renovation. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances and utensils, wi-fi, air conditioning and private underground parking.
